I've really enjoyed my time at Residences at Villa Rica. My townhome is spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs. Having a dedicated parking spot is a huge plus. I appreciate the well-maintained grounds and the quiet atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. While I haven't used the fitness center much, I've definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The neighbors I've met are friendly, and the community seems well-managed. Overall, it's been positive experience.

Overall it's been good. Have a maintenance issue that still has not been addressed and its been over a month now. But other than that nothing bad to say.

I love this place!! The townhome is new and the staff is responsive and extremely helpful. I put in a maintenance request and literally get it fixed the next day. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. I just love it!

Great experience! Property manager explained the last few details we needed to know before moving in. We were greeted upon entering the home by maintenance supervisor immediately to set pin for door. Apartment was ready and better than expected. Thanks to the team for doing an outstanding job.

Our building is brand new which I love, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood has been peaceful and neighbors are really nice. The amenities are great and it’s so nice being so close to everything around town!
