I have been here since March 2022. I overall am comfortable and happy residing here at Wells. There have been minor issues in which management has addressed promptly. My neighbors are delightful and respectful and that's an absolute plus living in a community with different races and life styles. It definitely feels like Home.

There are some pretty awesome people living in this building. I had my husband carry a large package upstairs to my neighbors in Apt. 301, a lovely couple I met in the Elevator. My intention was paying forward the selfless service. The day prior someone helped me jump start my vehicle. We should continue to "look out for our neighbors"!

We love living at the Residences at Wells School. Very quiet and clean. Our apartment is everything we were looking for and more. The residence lounge and gym are a plus and we are looking forward to future events there. Management is accessible and a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance is prompt and great to work with. Phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful building. The apartments are very nice, well applianced and spacious! Central air/ heat, which is included, is very efficient and easy to use! Office staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and professional! Maintenance is responsive and very skilled, plus Jason is a really great guy! I’m very happy here at Residence at Wells. Apartments and amenity areas are visually well-represented on the website. However, there are no activity programs in place, no storage as of June 5, 2022 and a quick drive-by at just about any time of day will reveal smokers/drinkers sitting on steps outside the building. Also, the traffic can be noisy. Depending on which side of the building you are on (whether or not you pay full rent or on income-sensitive program), your view may consist of apartments that have been ignored for decades. Staff is nice. Apartments are brand new.

All-in-all living here has made my life so much easier. I don't have to go outside to put the garbage out, do my wash or get my mail, The elevators make it easier to get my groceries and packages to my apartment. Having a mailroom to have packages delivered to is great, too. I don't have to worry about anyone taking my packages, like has happened in the past. The people are very friendly but not nosey. I am very happy I made the move to live here,
