Right spot

Perfect building. Walking distance to mall, grocery stores, and metro. Great view from my balcony. I can see the mountains, and Hollywood sign. The staff is always helpful

The Mannor

Our apartment is not only the best looking one in the neighborhood but it is also the safest with cameras and security officers circulating 24/7. As an undergraduate student, I needed a place that had to be located in the center of Los Angeles. That being said, this apartment complex is halfway between Downtown (where I can take care of business and do some shopping) and Santa Monica (where I can relax by the beach on my days off). In addition to that, it’s only a short 10 min drive from two of the biggest universities in Los Angeles (UCLA and USC) and other schools which is great for students and people who enjoy learning. The rent is awesome! That right there is the icing on the cake.

Spacious

I been in my apartment for 6 years, I love my apartment because it is spacious and has big closets. When I moved in I was excited to see such a big place because now all the new places are small.

Great Apartment

Woodlake Manor is s great apartment for anyone looking to move to Los Angeles, CA. The unit size is very spacious, and comes with lots of storage place. The apartment is gated and has 24/7 security on site so you truly feel safe in the big city. You also get an assigned parking spot so you don't have to worry about where you are leaving your car at night. The staff is also amazing. They are always there to help you out and answer any questions you might have.

Woodlake manor

Love my 3bd, is very large and roomy. The kids live the neighbors and the parl area outside is wondeful. Very happy they accepted me as a renter, I'm a single parent and I had to downsize from a house to a apartment .

Woodlake Manor nice place.

I have lived in this complex for almost a decade, and for the most part it has been a very nice place to live. The complex is gated with security that does some paroling. They keep the grounds very clean and neighbors keep to themselves. I have seen all 3 apartment types offered and they are all nice looking and very reasonably priced for Los Angeles. With that said they need more/better washing machines, and they could do with getting to your request for maintenance in a more timely manor. As I have been told, they are under staffed in that regard, but they do come over to fix big issues like pluming with great haste. All in all good place to live!

Clean Apartment Complex

This is an overall great apartment complex that does a great job of keeping the grounds. It is safe with plenty of security and parking. The only issue is occasionally you will have groups of teenagers hanging out in the stairwells smoking week.

Woodlake Manor review

I felt at home when I first met the leasing manager for Woodlake Manor. The staff are very nice, the maintenance is performed in a timely manner and the community is great. They just recently threw a resident appreciation party that was off the chain. Great food, a bouncy house for kids, a DJ - and it was a great event to connect with other residents in the apartment complex. I've lived in Los Angeles for 5 years now and have lived in three different places. Woodlake Manor is by far my most favorite. My family and I feel really comfortable here and we see ourselves here for many more years.

I'm so happy here ,Management group extremely friendly and professional, always accommodating to residents needs, several buildings are suited for your particular taste, full gated entry and 24hr patrol, 24 hr maintenance service right on site timely same day repair if needed, super clean and pest free.

Perfect So Cal LoCal

I love the location of Woodlake apartments! It's minutes from everywhere in the city! Venice and Santa Monica beaches 5 minutes to the West! Hollywood 10 minutes north and downtown and Staples Center to the east! The Metro train line is right around the corner! easy to get around with or without a car!

WHAT MATTERS IN APARTMENT LIVING

Management is good in maintaining a good atmosphere for their renters. The building is perfect located. High School, Elementary school, city transportation (bus line, metro link), three major grocery stores, a state of the art Mall, and a new medical complex soon to be built is all in walking distance. There is a great diversity setting throughout the complex and the feeling safeness is the upmost priory.

Why I Like Living here

This is a good complex to live if you like living in walking distance of everything the mall, movie theater and supermarkets. The outdoor areas are always kept up beautifully.

Very nice place for the price

Woodlake Manor apartments is amazing and the management crew are very helpful. Maintenance is very good. Parking can be a hassle sometimes if you don't have assigned parking and you get home very late. Near mostly everything. Great location! And the renovated apartments are very very nice. Definitely did not expect the place to be as nice as it is in the location that it is in.

Since I was 3 Years Old!!

I lived at Woodlake Manor since I was 3 years old!!!!! I've had some very happy memories growing up there and some sad as well. I remember playing in the backyard in grass until the sun went down with my parents. Looking up at those two huge radio towers and watching the airplanes fly between them. I also remember driving through the city after the LA Riots and the Northridge Earthquake. How sad it was to see how awful humans can really behave and how Mother Nature does what see pleases. Through the good and bad I have ALWAYS felt this was my sanctuary. I can come home and have a soft place to fall.

Safe & Clean

I just reached a year and signed a new lease because my first year worked well. The management is very attentive and there is 24-hour safety patrol. It's a gated community as well. The area used to be unsafe but a transition is taking place as I write this, for the better, and I feel I am part of it. I hope and expect my second year to be as good as the first.

Wow it's bigger than I expected...

...Is the initial reaction from every new visitor. I live in a central location and my unit is perfect for my twins and I. The girls are two and have ample amount of room to run as they please. Lets not forget the multiple greenery spaces. Office staff are a joy to speak with & they make it a point to know you by name! Maintenance can be improved as far as timeliness but are very kind. Neighbors speak to each other and always smile! We'll be here until I find a house but it's a great place for me to get my start.
