Way too expensive and the staff does a very poor job of communicating very important issues, like when black mold was found in one of my neighbors apartments. I had multiple remediation projects in my unit and no compensation was offered. The prices keep going up and the amenities are down far too often. Not worth it

This place turned into everything I thought it was and a perfect “resort@ style living I was looking for. Clean, maintained, safe, zero worries, turnkey and travel without a concern. Been here for almost two years and no issues. I wish there was additional ev chargers added because almost half of the community have Evs and it’s always hard to find a spot.

It took us more than a month to get the final lease signed and get approved. Leasing stuffs are kind of hard to reach out to. Expect to not hear back from them for almost a week. Sometimes it feels like we’re not welcomed to the community due to their lack of communication. Most of the things are great, but details are not as sturdy. Like our disposal in the sink is not working from the first day of moving in. I think we were told from the tour that cooktop was the induction but after moving in, we did some googling and found out that it’s a radiant heating… Swimming pools, spa area, cold plunge pools gym, awesome. Just wish the management was a little more friendly and professional. Love the amenities.

The place is not like it use to be when we moved in. Phone calls are never answered, general hallway maintenance barely exists, this is nothing more than a glorified college dorm.

This would have a 5 star ... lovely staff ... great amenities ... EXCEPT for mainly these items ... the stairwells and parking areas are always filthy ... when the amenities break down it is sometimes several months before they are fixed ... and there are no cups provided in the locker rooms, at the coffee machine or in the gym for water (it is AZ) ... and the plants are not looked after well ... and if noise from above is a problem, this is not your spot - there is not concrete between the floors, so if you are not on the top floor you will hear the people above you.

We have walked the stairwells and dont see any current issues but if there are certain areas you are noticing please email or call our office and we are happy to handle it. Sadly amenities needing repair does occur and we work with vendors to handle the repair. With parts on back order or a vendor schedule conflict we are at the mercy of these items and the repairs can take time. We work very diligently to get them done as fast as possible an appreciate the patience our residents have. We are lucky to have 15 amenities on the community to provide to our residents and work to always keep them available for resident use. Please know that we take your concerns seriously and will address them promptly to ensure a better experience for all residents. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by noise transfer between floors and will explore potential solutions to mitigate this issue.
