INFESTATION
SPEAKING FROM 1ST HAND EXPERIENCE: I moved in the month of February & was out by April. I spent ONE night in my rented unit, due to the severe bedbug and roach infestation. Unfortunately I did NOT notice the tiny demons before or even during the moving process. I ended up losing A LOT of my hard-earned money investing in the unit, due to the fact that I signed a one year lease & obviously opted to terminate early due to the infestation. My ONLY regret in life.
