Great neighborhood but there is a on of bugs around the houses. Wish we had pest control around our yards and grass areas. The pool is a great place to hangout and relax.

Wonderful concept as alternative to home ownership and layout of property is great but rent is extremely too high for amenities offered. Outside of property (including watering of grass) should be paid for through the extremely high rent.

It was ok! I think the leasing company could have done more to help with our move. They didn’t really help with information and the rental home was not very clean.
