I have lived here almost six years now. Love The Retreat at River Ranch! Excellent management team and amazing maintenance team. They hear you when you call in for a request and they respond. I've had some management teams come and go and they were not so great. I still stayed - we have Olivia and Kristi back so amazing! They are really working on resident activities which is just great and they really take care of us. Plus great location to all major freeways so easy access to where you want to go.

Things are constantly breaking, we had to tell maintenance team that they bandaid they were putting on it wasn't working and they needed to actually fix the problem. There are so many layers of paint on the cabinets that they scratch really easily. They don't have handles on them. The drawers always fall off the tracks. Our neighbors are incredibly loud at all hours of the day. Even if your cars are registered, they will probably get towed since they only allow one assigned parking spot and heaven forbid each adult that lives in the apartment has a vehicle. And if you do remind them that the vehicle is registered they wont do anything about the "to be towed" sticker they put over the driver side windshield.

I give this apartment complex overall a 3.5 out of 5 because management, maintenance, and front desk really have the best people qualities when it comes to interacting with us as clients and as people who want to live comfortably. Overall the look of the property and the individual units are very nice and modernized, the color schemes and all the renovations are super nice and i love living somewhere i love looking at for the most part.

Saw 3 peoples rims get stolen here because they refused to close the gates. No type of reimbursement for them either. Got in an argument with the manager in the office the day we moved in because they said we could move in in the morning than when we got there that morning they said we couldnt. We moved in these apartments because the one's we were in before these sucked, and these ended up being worse lol

They gave my Information to a scam company who began trying to extort me for money. Living here wasn't great. A lot of things didn't make sense they want 400 for a pet deposit but each apartment comes with free pet roaches. So when you move in go ahead and have a few names ready for your new pets.

My wife and I had moved here in August it was great at first but after we had to move units due to a unruly neighbor. Once we moved units the air started giving out and they kept giving me the run around about how it needed to be recharged(which they did about 5 seperate times) and it was still 90 degrees ...low and behold 3 months later and we still have a 90 degree apartment. Theyve done nothing to facilitate us other than say a compressor needs replacing and to pretty much tough it out in a 90 degree apartment in the summer they simply DO NOT CARE as long as your rents paid thats all they care about

Been here since August and the power has been out 4 times since I've been here. I thought the apartments were a great feel and had a nice location and decided to reside here. If I had known thw power goes out weekly I would have simply went across the street. If you don't mind waking in a sweat or being embarrassed with family and friends during these blackouts then perhaps this will be a nice fit.

My parents been living here for 5 years this last year somebody bought the apartments and it's been going down hill except for money the rent went up and they service way down they are soo rude they never get anything fix you can call and go in the office they will lie in your face!!! The pool has not been open all they say it's that they are waiting for the city inspection and clearly they won't get it open its NASTY!!!!! They will never get it open like that, and it's already July. Office staff and managers they have no respect and they just don't care. Please find a better place this is not worth it. I had to give it a one star but to me it's none at all!!!

These apartments are very quite and the pet area is very well maintained. The new property manager that has come aboard is very kind and professional. The maintenance is very prompt about handling our request in a timely manner. The management is very strict about keeping the apartments well maintained. We have resided here before and i highly recommend them.
Honestly, the staff is great and the complex could use a little work; overall though, this is a great place to live. The homes are nice enough for the money and there is great access to the highway, shopping and more. The maintenance staff is helpful but we have had issues that were just "patched" or "looked at"...never fixed. It is a quiet complex...despite the fact that Chisolm Trail Parkway runs directly behind us.
