Property Ratings at Retreat at Riverstone
beautiful area, well kept complex, office staff friendly and helpful, very quiet and convenient location, prices are a bit steep but you are mostly paying for the area and the amenities which are well worth it.
Staff is very friendly and approachable. Maintenance requests are completed fairly quickly, I wish they would fix the back gate after 1.5 years of it being broken. Fairly quiet and safe area but extremely expensive for what you get.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about our friendly staff and prompt maintenance service. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the gate and will prioritize its repair.
Awesome pool, love the amenities and layout of the units. Staff is great and work orders are processed in a timely manner. Secure apartment complex

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your positive feedback on our pool, amenities, unit layout, staff, and prompt work order processing. Our goal is to provide a secure apartment complex for our residents. Thank you for choosing our Retreat at Riverstone
Complained multiple times about noise from neighbors at 2 in the morning every day. Noise is from movement of heavy machinery. Don't know what kind of work is going on in the unit but I'm pretty you can't do any commercial activities in an apartment. The staff told me to deal with it on my own by calling the police. Also told me that she didn't believe there were any noise occurring. Literally her words.
The dog park on the right side of the complex still does not have closing gates. One of the dog poop bag posits still hasn’t been fixed since last November 2022. They will refill the bags but they have not fixed the post in almost a year. The main dog park on the left side has not had poop bags for over 3 weeks. Also, people are not respecting quiet hours regarding the pool. People will party at the pool loudly until 3 AM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights. My apartment is literally right next to the pool, so it makes it very hard to sleep. When I call the after hours number I just end up leaving a message and nothing gets done. Now that we have new management, would they please consider rearranging the community center so that more people can enjoy the amenities at once?
It has been a great experience living at the retreat at Riverstone apartments, everyone at the apartments is really friendly and kind, like the staff and the maintenance.
A fairly quiet complex in a nice area. You certainly pay a steep price for the area. The staff are nice but don’t always fix things in a timely manner or at all.
It’s as good as living in your own home been living here since 2019 and it’s good that I choose to make my stay here at The retreat at river stone
Our experience at the retreat at Riverstone Apartments has been tremendous and the maintenance and staff are really brilliant and over all is has been great time living here.
I loved staying at the Retreat at Riverstone. It’s walking distance from several parks, stores, and places to eat. I just moved but this is a very nice property. The maintenance people come very quickly after putting in a work order. Also management is very good and helpful with whatever you need.
As a long-term tenant (I stayed here for approximately 3 years), I feel sad to see a nice community deteriorates into a complete chaos under lousy management. Want to share some of my experience for those we are considering this community. 1. Response to repair requests. This is my worst nightmare with the leasing office. I had a broken electric oven range, and placed an order to repair in March 2021. I tried my best to understand the challenges they may have during a pandemic, but 2 months later no action was taken, no response from the office. Sent an email requesting for update, a lady name Kelli replied and promised to give an update, nothing happened for another month. A second email was sent, another lady named Courtnie replied and promised the same thing, then nothing. A third email was sent, no one replied. Made extra efforts and took some time away from work to go to the office, told my frustration to a third lady, her first reaction was that, “You are moving out, you will be charged for this.” Then she tried to educate me on what is an email, what is a work order. For some reason, the way she speaks and reacts always made me feel insulted in a number of occasions. Finally, I got an update, the worst kind you can imagine, “We are working on it.” If you think the pandemic is difficult, try picturing it without a working cooking appliance. At this point, I don’t care whether they fix it or not, just happy to end my lease and leave this messy place. 2. Safety. During my stay here, I experienced multiple waves of car break-ins and apartment break-ins. No real safety measures were ever implemented. When an incident happens, the first communication you will get from the leasing office is that “Tenants are responsible for protecting their properties”. Those unfortunate tenants are also required to pay for damages caused by break-ins. 3. Community hygiene. The entire community has no trash cans outside the leasing office and pool areas. The exterior of the community looks decent, but no effort was made to clean stairs or hallways, building with high occupancy can be very filthy.

We are disheartened by the review you left as this is not a typical experience for our residents. We would like the opportunity to help resolve your issues directly, can you contact us at 713-622-5844 ext. 1140 Thank you, Retreat at Riverstone Management
We moved into the reserve floor plan while our home was being completed. From the minute we walked in until we moved out the leasing office and everyone else couldn't have been better. The grounds are always maintained and everything is taken care of promptly. What could have been a less than pleasant experience was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend leasing here. Excellent community.
Being a resident here has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is wonderful, as well as the residents. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. This is where I live and I feel like I am on vacation everyday.
Very peaceful, friendly, and interactive community. There are two dog parks and two pools the great thing is there are doggy bags every where so you can walk worry free. The apartments themselves are ver spacious all wood floors in every unit with new appliances. Only drawbacks is the bathtub is deceiving as it looks huge but is rather small. Also I find no carpet anywhere a drawback but some may like it. No doubt the peace and quiet along with each modern gym all the ammenities make it worth it I don't even mind gay it's a bit longer drive to the highway than other complexes in the area!
It's early to provide a fair review since I haven't lived there long. Also, the complex is still under construction. The office staff and construction manager have been very helpful. Brand new with very nice amenities.
