They waste your time , make you wait , make you pay for your own background check. No one ever answers the phones. rude people , look elsewhere don’t waste your money

My family and I have been living here for the past two years. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Mike and Gabby. They help overcome our challenges in the beginning of our stay and went as far as giving us a new apartment to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. I see people complaining about having roaches in their apartment, I don’t experience it in mine because I keep my place clean.The staffs make a lot of effort cleaning the residence. I love that you’re close by everything, such as restaurants, supermarkets, I-85 etc… I would definitely recommend living here.

So I have been living here the past two years it was nice at first. I’m rating this a 2 because the maintenance people are on it. Although they take many short cuts. The management team is another story. Gabby the property manager is never there and Wakida the assistant always push issues and tells me to email the property manager. So one thing I wished someone told me. They run several programs in this complex and those clientele do not pay water and since water usage is per building you fit the bill. My water bill is 150.00 per month in a three bedroom when houses is not even that much. Roach ingestion and I have proof. If you would like to see it. No one is actually managing the property. They say no smoking, but there is smoking, grilling etcc which I don’t care doesn’t effect me but don’t put that on the lease if it not going to be enforced. The gym equipment has not been fixed and the gate is never closed. If an holiday happens to land on a Monday the pool will be closed. I personally believe we need someone who truly cares about their residents.

This location started out great but now they are making many changes in the middle of everyone’s lease. First, there’s a group of individuals that take vans each day to and from the community. They wait in the front of the community at late nights 11pm-2am each night. It makes you feel uneasy. This is Monday-Sunday. Many of the people in the vans walk in buildings in the front and rear of community where a large number go into every home. I thought this was a family community but the different individuals don’t seem to be related. You do the math on what May be going on. Also, they’ve changed a policy where you can’t smoke vape/tobacco anywhere on the property. Including your own balcony or you will be put out. This abrupt change to the policy is not fair to tenured residents. Please run! It seems like it will only go downhill from here while they continue to increase pricing. Take a moment to visit the community and you will see the large groups of people that are entering & exiting these vans. The amenities are pretty good like the gym and pool as well as the car wash. But the way the community is changing, it’s not even worth the hassle and high pricing. Go at your own risk.

Maintenance is great, they come very quickly. Although, whatever price they give future residents, add $150 on top of that. When we moved in they still accepted money orders, now we pay online only but all of a sudden there is $30 activation fee for water, another $40 is you wanna pay with your card instead of bank account, then an $8 "billing fee", I mean this is ridiculous rather than just paying what they said we would pay i the beginning.

I would like to say that Walkidia is soooo helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her for that. I recommend anyone to ask for Walkidia because she is the best and she is so helpful and very knowledgeable about the property.

We have been looking for a place close to my job for a while now. Too many apartment complexes but not many we were impressed with. We ended up finding this place; Retreat @ Sweetwater, and it fit perfectly what we were looking for. (Name) at the front desk was very helpful in whatever we needed to do. Despite some complications we had, (name) was also very helpful on handling what we needed. The complex is clean and pretty quiet, just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend!

Retreat@Sweetwater is a fantastic property to live!! Beautifully designed apartment homes with breath-taking landscaping. Every week property is thoroughly cleaned and lawns mowed and flowers blooming. Well maintained parking areas and visibly clean hallways with EXCELLENT lighting throughout the complex during evenings to early dawn. The office staff is friendly, courteous. and helpful. Special shout out to the people who made my stay wonderful -- Smith M. (Maintenance--thanks for your professionalism, (and letting me know when I could expect your help) and keeping my A/C unit on point during the HEAT, Abby -- always the voice of reason and reassurance when I had a concern, Lissette--always quick to lend a helping hand and Precious -- for always taking the time address whatever issues arosed in a timely manner. Job Well Done TEAM!!!!

Apartment is roach infested and nothing will be done about it. They will only tell you to request pest control which will not solve the problem. They always find way to keep your security deposit if you decide to leave. don't not move there especially when you have kids. They will be sick all the times because of the roaches. The place looks nice but the roaches are everywhere. Plus some of the staff are extremely rude.

Mi experiencia viviendo en los apartamentos en retreat sweetwater ha sido muy buena. Tienen una forma de atender a los residentes muy agradable, a mis ordenes para reparacion siempre estan al punto y tienen la propiedad bastante limpia. Me siento muy contenta de haber tomando la desicion de vivir con mi familia en esta comunidad.

The staff is very professional, and they take the time to assure your needs are met. The office is very comfortable and inviting. I never wait a long time when I enter the office. Refreshments are always available and refreshing especially in Georgia weather. I love living here. Thanks, Ashley

I have been living here one year and the maintenance team is awesome. I love the way they will call me to chevk on my work order to make sure it was completed appropriately. Great customer service!!

I own a home in Savannah but lives in Atlanta during the week. The staff is very pleasant and gives great customer service from accepting my packages to communicating with me during my travels. Its truly "HOME away from HOME"!!

I visited the property and its absolutely beautiful. I love the new look of the apartments and the flooring. The leasing agent that toured me really was friendly and informative. I do plan on leasing in June when I move to Atlanta.

Retreat at Sweetwater is like a home away from home at home. The property is so well kept and the Staff doesn't feel like staff they feel like friends like family. Living here I get advice, share laughs, meet new people and even learn new things. They make me feel like an individual in this community. Having the opportunity to live here as my first renting experience i'm afraid no one else will compare. The bonds created here are like no other and since I can have it my way I will continue to stay here were things shine bright. Thank you to all my friends of Retreat at Sweetwater. May the sun never set on our home away from home at home.

I've lived here for over 6 years and have always been treated kindly and with respect. A few months ago I went through some unexpected hard times and one of the office staff named Samantha went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and thank God for her. Thank You Samantha!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! This complex is ROACH infested !! The leasing office won't do anything to help except send out "pest" control one time. And since the apartment is infested of course you need more than one visit from pest control but they want you to submit weekly requests by email for the service. They will do NOTHING to help completely get rid of the roaches. I guess the leasing office just expects you to get used to them. I also live on the second floor so there should be no reason I also have ants and nats in my apartment. Nothing is as it seems here! Also the valet trash that you pay $36 for is a joke. They pick up trash probably once out of the five days they're supposed to!! The gate is also completely broken so there is no safety here. I regret moving into this complex!!!! . I have never been so disappointed! The leasing office staff is HORRIBLE! Do not make the same mistake I made!

I live in the smaller two bedroom but will be moving to the large two bedroom. I need the space and I am very excited to be moving. They have really been good to me out here and so far no issues. Very thankful and pray that things continue to be as awesome as it is.

I currently reside at Arium Sweetwater. I rent the largest 2 bed 2 bath. I love the size of the apartment, it is very spacious. The living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all very large. I live on the bottom level and I don't hear too much from my neighbors above. I haven't had any issues here but one of my neighbors was broken into last December and management never notified the residents. I never had any pest control issues until recently. The apartment above me flooded, water was literally pouring from the vents but no one ever checked inside the walls for mold or water damage. several weeks after that I began to notice roaches. I ask to have pest control come and spray but it didn't help. I ended up paying out of pocket for my own pest control which eliminated my problem but I still feel really gross in the kitchen now. Overall I really like my apartment but I think there are better apartments on Boggs Rd.
