Nestled alongside the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, Columbus is the hometown of the legendary playwright Tennessee Williams. Anchored in a rich history, Columbus touts a bevy of grand antebellum homes and a vibrant historic downtown. The Mississippi University for Women, the country’s first public college for women, is also located in Columbus.
Known as “the City that has it all,” Columbus offers residents access to an array of community festivals and events throughout the year in addition to numerous top-notch restaurants, specialty shops, and exceptional recreational opportunities at Columbus Propst Park, Lee Park, Lion Hills Center and Golf Club, and the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. Convenience to the Columbus Air Force Base and U.S. 45 affords many residents easy commutes.

Property Ratings at Reunion Apartments
Horrendous administration. Rudest customer service and no clarity. Try living somewhere else. Especially the lady in the counter was extremely dominant and rude and they don’t value customer’s questions and queries.
This apartment has the worst customer service ever. The lady in the front desk doesn’t know how to talk to her customer. I was there to talk about further processing about moving in but then she starts yelling at us for no reason. She is the big reason of having bad reviews about this apartment. If you don’t wanna talk to your customer good or give good service you better shut down this apartment. Worst experience ever I would recommend not to ever live in this apartment.
I lived at these apartments throughout college and got screwed over by them too many times to count. The management is awful, they will lie, deceive and flat out ignore you with anything you need unless its beneficial to them and getting money from you. To start off strong, I had a gun pulled on me while living here (I was a 21 year old girl that was not imposing threat on anyone.) My roommates and I were almost EVICTED because they "misinformed" us about the price of rent and we owed $12 dollars more than what we were told rent was, because we were told a price and paid that amount, we were unaware of nor received any sort of email/phone call/ warning about the $12 that we did not know we owed the only reach out from management was a letter taped to our front door stating that we had 5 days to move out. We lived in our apartment for the last three months with no air and requested maintenance over 25 times, countless of ignored calls to the office, multiple visits to the office in which no one was there during operating hours all to be told 2.5 months later that they could do absolutely nothing about it until the apartment was vacant. The manager Michael approved our sublease and ensured time and time again that our lease would be covered for the month of June after pushing us to be out by May 31st (which we were) all to turn around and tell us at the END of June that we owed rent for June on top of 2 late fees in which we were told to "ignore any emails that pertain to rent because it was all taken care of." Please take my advice and do not live here, do not even consider this a place to spend your time or money on.
The management is horrible. They are never in the office. They don’t return phone calls. They say they are taking care of problems but don’t.
Very Unprofessional, inconsiderate , nonchalant attitude, and lots on inconsistency
I had previously recommended Reunion Apartments. I loved living here. I paid my rent on time every month. I loved the apartment handyman his name is Tom. He was always super friendly and did good work. I left the place in good condition. It is a pet approved apartment (that I paid the $500 fee for.) I admitted that my cat scratched up the carpet near doors and that we hung picture frames. I brought the staff cookies during the holidays even! So, I was really shocked when I went to talk about the itemized bill explaining why I got $72 out of $200 back of my security deposit and I was screamed at and escorted out. What!? It was very unprofessional. I just went to ask why there was a charge for TV mount holes when we never mounted our tv. (I figured out while she was yelling at me that she meant the holes from the screws that held up the shelf above our couch.) In any case it was a ridiculous overreaction. (I never raised my voice not even once.) I had a simple question and wanted an answer I wasn’t even angry or upset at all. I just thought I’d warn others that they’ll be sweet to your face until you move out and then they’ll scream at you publicly (other people were in the office at the time) to try to bully you into not asking more questions and standing up for yourself.
