Its a great location and super updated. Gives the feeling of privacy even with the busy road. Perfect place for us.

I would leave zero stars if I could! REVEAL on Cumberland in Fishers, Indiana is an extremely unprofessional and mismanaged apartment complex. I am making a cross country move from California to Indiana and have been visiting properties virtually. The renting process while being out of state is already difficult and this company has been extremely shady in the process. I submitted an application for a 1 bedroom apartment to be rented November 27th. My application was approved and it appeared everything was starting to align. They require you to set-up an energy account with Duke energy and update your insurance before they will provide you a lease to sign. I did both of these steps. A week after my application was approved I got a call from the property manager stating actually the unit I applied to would no longer be available. At this point the application should have been void. Instead he offered two other units with similar floor plans, I was thrown off guard so said sure I'd be willing to receive a quote, but I mistakenly presumed they would void my original application because what I applied for no longer was available. Instead, they just changed my application and account to the new available units WITHOUT MY CONSENT! It now becomes my issue and I am out an application fee/admin fee (which is a joke since their admin do not help prospective tenants and do not answer the phone). This is extremely unprofessional to expect someone to be liable for fees when they could not guarantee the apartment. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY PROPERTY! IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PROSPECTIVE TENANTS I CAN JUST IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT CURRENT TENANTS! I am out $200, but might be a blessing in disgusise to not have to live at a mismanaged apartment complex.

I have recommended to a friend. That friend recommended to a family member who was moving from Illinois to Indiana. From what I have heard she has had a horrible experience. When she arrive with her moving truck her apartment was not ready. It had not been cleaned at all. They had to put her up in a hotel. She had to pay the movers extra for the extended days. When she moved in the apartment still was not clean. Her experience has made me nervous to tell others. This is also a few weeks after Jennifer left. It seemed the new staff was not up to date on things

Lack of parking spots is an issue, I've had to park in front of other buildings and walk over to my building several times the past couple of weeks

I have referred many to this community, and it is awesome

I enjoy how prompt and professional the service is as well as how easy it is to put in a request.

I would recommend because the price is great for what it offers I love the court yard I live in, the pool is amazing, grills, etc.

Great value for what you are getting in terms of apartment layouts & condition. Great location, & helpful staff. Snow removal could have been a lot better for the most recent snow storm, but could have been a one-off situation. Staff was very helpful with the move out process.

The apartments here are so beautiful, dark cabinets and granite countertops. Maintenance is always on top of everything, I've never had to wait more than a day or two for something to get fixed. The fitness center has a lot of great equipment and the pool is amazing in the summer! I love living here and plan to stay as long as I'm in the area!

The one thing I would warn others about is the noise. Our bedroom window faces the quad area for one of the buildings, and on multiple occasions throughout our 2 years here I have had to go outside after midnight and ask others to be quiet or to take the noise inside. Noise is something to expect at any apartment, but it has been an ongoing complain of ours during the 2 years here.

My wife and I are possibly relocating to the Indy metro area, and we contacted Jennifer here at Reveal on Cumberland for some info. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the property, she is also one of the most personable property managers we spoke with. We did the virtual tour

One bedroom is perfect for my first apartment and I would highly recommend this for future residents

Reveal on Cumberland has been my home for three years now and well to be honest I’ll probably be 70 living here. The floor plans are nicely planned out, the garden tub is amazing for bubble baths, and the staff is extremely friendly. Jennifer and her team truly care about their jobs and they truly care about the residents living in Reveal and it shows. So if you are looking for an apartment to fall in love with at first sight, or a place that truly feels like home or even just wanting friendly staff, I would 10/10 recommend Reveal.

Great place to work live in quiet and clean, the office staff are very friendly

It has been so great living here! Signing and moving in while experiencing a pandemic sure was stressful, but the staff at Reveal made it SO easy! Plus, even though it is a multi-story complex, it feels very homey and quiet in my unit.

You really can't beat this location! Everyone here has been so friendly and the pool has become my favorite little escape.

I would recommend the apartment community and have already spoken highly of it to various people and groups.

I loved the 3 bedroom apartment the kitchen was lovely!!!!!

While all issues have been resolved quickly and respectfully, we were a little concerned with the number of issues that have occurred in our first year. We had to have our floors inspected upon moving in. Our dishwasher has to be looked at. Most of the treadmills have been out for over a week now. However, Reveal has always taken our requests seriously and handled them with care.

They raise my rent every year to a point I am paying more than people who are moving in or that I can rent else ware... I will move if you raise my rent again!

Complex is great! Would warn of understaffing and slow response time of front office staff, other than that is been wonderful.

We like the valet trash, but it does create a mess in the hallways and elevator. People do not double bag and liquid stains are in many areas. Also trash in cracks of stairs, etc. maybe it is the lesser of two evils, but people come over and see this which is a negative image even if your apartment looks great. Maybe need to power wash? People do not take care of things so Management has to make sure you have enough hep to compensate for more care, or spend more time explaining the rules before people move in. Maybe a higher deposit at stake? Not sure what answer is, but I do think the crowd here has gotten tougher since we moved here in the summer.

I would and instead of the first floor would recommend the 3rd floor. Would also recommend getting gnat bombs or repellent.

I chose this apartment community for its no smoking requirement. Some tenants ignore that and for that reason I would hesitate to recommend this community to friends. Although parking is reasonable they need more parking spaces.

Good location, nice apartments, good clubhouse. The worst feature are other renters who will not pick up after themselves or their dogs. I think allowing two dogs in these apartments per family is quite a stretch and maybe should be reviewed by management. The apartment quality on Taos Drive will improve when the 10 hour a day construction is over.

I would recommend this apartment community because of the aesthetics and location to other businesses, office personnel professionalism and fairly clean apartment.

Overall, this apartment complex is very nice! The look and location are hard to beat. There was an issue that caused our floors to be replaced right after we moved in, which my fiance and I agree should have been noticed prior to us moving in. However, Reveal on Cumberland has excellent service and has handled the few things we needed fixed right away. We hope to live here for a few years, and so far the management has shown this to be a place worth sticking around for the next few years until we are ready to buy a house.

Beautiful community, my hesitation is that last year and this year there have been major pool issues. I understand things happen beyond your control. But waiting until the end of May to announce the pool wasn'??t going to open wasn'??t cool. It opened late & closed early last year, and this year doesn'??t look any better.

I really enjoyed the apartment itself. My hope is that now the small problems I experienced have since been resolved.

For my work, this location is wonderful. However, I would not strongly recommend this complex for the reasons mentioned above.

I would recommend Reveal On Cumberland to my closest friends and family. A great place to leave.

My neighbors are very loud. I have talked to staff about this issue but nothing has changed. I don’t know if this is more the build of the apt or just the neighbors but I am constantly workin up or disrupted by them, and their dogs.

Would because it is safe and nice. Would not because fairly expensive.

The parking is not good. And the garages are not in a desirable location compared to the apartment. But I love the apartment and the pool. Parking is a big issue relative to where I have to enter where I live so the parking will probably be the thing that makes me not live there, unfortunately.

This is a nice facility and have a very convenient location which is definitely appealing. I love the updated look of my apartment and the spacious feeling it provides.

The price is a little high for what we receive and compared to others.

We loved it after viewing 8 complexes this past weekend- didn't feel like we were downgrading from our current department in an area we now want to be in.

Reasons I would not recommend this complex to others would be that there doesn't seem to be any enforcement when it comes to residents smoking. Also, as someone who doesn't have a pet I get very disgusted in walking down the hall or down the stairs that I have to dodge dog poop. In one case there was a pile that remained outside my door for three days, even after I called the office.

The community has a lot to offer. Is in a great location and seemed to be competitivly price for the area.
