Hamilton Place Mall is one of the busiest spots in the Chattanooga area. Centrally located in the heart of Chattanooga's East Brainerd and Hickory Valley neighborhoods, it's the closest you can be to the second-largest shopping mall in Tennessee. It's also the gateway to growing East Hamilton County, one of the fastest growing regions in the area.
The Hickory Valley section of East Brainerd provides ridiculously easy access to Interstate 75 and Highway 153, arteries that give quick access to downtown jobs in 15 minutes or less. That makes it a destination popular with families and professionals alike, and you'll find lots of subdivisions, houses and apartments.

Property Ratings at Revere at Hamilton Place
This place is absolutely horrible and they try to sneak extra stuff into ur rent, takes forever to get anything done with them! Do not move in here!
One of the worst apartments in the city. No maintenance or responsibility towards even fixing any of the appliances in duration of two months. Had a severe dust allergy the first month because the filters were not even changed before we moved in the apartment. The stove doesn't work and sparks all the time. The dishwasher does not wash the dishes properly. The dressing room pole is broken. They don't even change the trash bins for the pets outside for months. Neither of these issues are dealt for months. It's a waste of apartment for the cost. Please don't get into the trap.
I found Meridian here on Apartments.com, went to their website, and set up a tour appointment for 9am (when they open). The office staffer was 15 minutes late and then said she didn't have anything to show me. I forgave and we rescheduled a tour for the next week at 9am. I arrived for my appointment and stood outside the locked office for 30 minutes before ultimately deciding to leave without ever speaking to the staffer. If I am not respected as a potential tenant, I would expect to be treated with the same disrespect as an actual tenant. Stay away from this place like I will be
A leasing office that doesn't answer calls or emails. Maintenance requests for heat or air conditioning that take months AND city inspectors threatening condemning to get any sort of resolution. Cockroaches everywhere. Loud streets and sirens at all hours. The rent may be cheap, but is $100 enough of a savings to never be comfortable in the space you pay to live?
I was looking for an apartment and thought this would be a good place. Unfortunately, I never received a call back to come see the property and by the time someone reached out via email I had already moved into an apartment. Do not expect them to pick up the phone and the other reviews alone would not make me want to live here.
Me and my roommate are moving out and so are our neighbors. This place is HELL ON EARTH! People are always trying to open my front door at night. Packages that are left for me and my roommate are taken by others on the property. We have seen thieves stealing our packages on our hidden security camera. We've contacted management about it and showed them multiple videos and they refuse to do anything at all. They are rude and told us if we didn't like living here to move. The property management company is NOT running background checks for new residents and we are aware of a convicted felon (violent crime) who was just leased an apartment here!!! Stay away!!! We have roaches in our apartment and management will not do anything. Our cameras also catch people trying to open our car doors at night. Living at MERIDIAN APARTMENTS is dangerous and management does not care about the residents. PLEASE don't make our mistake and look elsewhere!!! BEWARE!
Old, dirty, non functioning heat (have to use a plug in space heater, but it trips every breaker except the bathroom), homeless people squatting, furniture literally stacked by the dumpster for months and rotting, management doing nothing about any of it. Out to lunch is the motto. UPDATE: The day after I left my original review I was contacted via phone call. They stated they were working with a team to remove all of the trash piled around the dumpsters (this was surprisingly accomplished) They then stated they had no idea my heat was out and would get right on fixing it. I was told the heat was fixed on Jan 29. but apparently it was not (discovered Mar 3.) They have tried to say they had no idea our heat was out multiple times, but I have picture proof from when I moved in that it was, and that they knew. They also say no one else's heat was out, but I have proof of that as well. They went through a change in management over the summer, as well as a new maintenance ticketing system, so I believe anything I put in the old system is gone, which makes it easier for them to shrug the responsibility off. Also make sure you give them your 60 day notice in writing, otherwise they try to hold you accountable for another 60 days rent payment. They say they reached out to me about our 60 day notice via text, email, and a letter on the door, but I received none of these forms of communication. When I told them this, they said "Well, any of that communication is just a courtesy, you're still liable." This place is ridiculously unprofessional, they will lie to your face, and they will try to screw you out of every dollar and service you have.
Maintenance request take longer than 5 business days to get completed, mold has been present in my bathroom for months without it being treated I DID PLACE A REQUEST FOR IT TO GET DONE MONTHS AGO. once our heat was out for three days and they came and took a space heater they let us borrow BEFORE the heat got fixed IN DECEMBER
If your standards are low and you don’t care about cleanliness , then this place is for you . Otherwise beware , roach problems not to mention neighbors leave bags of garbage sitting out in front of their doors for days . Management does nothing .
To anyone wanting a great place to reside this is definitely it. If I ever have an issue with anything they are immediately on it. I couldn't ask for better management or a place to call home.
You may think being located in the middle of shopping central would keep an apartment from maintaining a cozy and comfortable environment, but the Meridian has manged to do so regardless. I absolutely love my sleek hard wood floors, fabulous fireplace, comfy carpeted bedroom, giant bathroom, closet, and patio. The kitchen, dining room, and living room layout allows for an open and inviting atmosphere.
The location of Meridian is amazing. You're right off the interstate, as well as close to all the Hamilton Place shopping. The staff is great here as well. I had a few maintenance requests and they were very prompt in responding and correcting the issue. (The leasing agent actually cleaned up all the dog feces, himself, near my apartment, when I complained about it.) Also, all amenities have been updated. Love the kitchen.
Office staff worked well with my move in date and understanding of my situation. Always helpful when it comes to receiving packages for me. Overall good place to live, with convenience to downtown and mall area.
It is a nice and peaceful community. Kids love the pool in summer. We never have any issue in finding a parking spot. Overall a spacious and comfortable place to live in.
THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND MY KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY LOVE THE POOL IN THE SUMMERTIME AND IT IS SO PEACEFULL AND THERE IS NEVER ANY CRIME GOING ON. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND THEY HAVE HELPED MY KIDS AT TIMES WHEN THE HOUSE KEY HAS BEEN LOCKED IN OR LOST. MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP WHEN NEEDED AND HAVE BEEN VERY EFFICIENT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS.
It's nice don't get me wrong. But I hate how our AC is always going off. And our bathroom ceiling has been leaking for the past month. And they are barely going to fix it. Insects everywhere. We had to spray it down ourselves.
