Revival on Main Apartments

From the apartment building to the merchants, this is a community. The amenities are fabulous: the clubhouse, the pool, the gazebo with gas grills, and the gym.

Stairwell D is nightmare. If you forget your fob you'll get stuck with no way out, I've helped neighbors who have forgotten their fob. Recommend unlocking one door permanently as the other entry way only has one door (make it make sense!). Add more light to back part of building and fix entry points as the doors unlock at random and the fobs work intermittently. Please add walking path on parking garage side of building since cars speed down that area. Remove carpets from hallways as they are not climate controlled. Walking and crossing the street is scary, cars will literally try to run you over despite the traffic lights, very dangerous so be careful. We loved the pool though.

I continue to give ROM a 5 star review! We truly love it here. The staff and leasing team is amazing. Hats off to the maintenance team as well. The are so fast and hard working! The neighbors make you feel welcome and like you are family.

We reall6 enjoy living here. All the people we have met are friendly and have made great friendships with other neighbors. Love how there are different choices in places to eat and so easy to walk to and feel very welcomed in the regular spots. We had planned on only staying a year but renewed because we love it so much here!

Overall it’s a really nice place to live. I love that they have multiple events every month and everyone seems to be a close nit community. My only complaint is that ever since I moved in on day one, there always seems to be a bug problem. Everything from roaches to ants. Even after pest control comes and buying my own pest control. Other than that I have no complaints.

Great overall experience with application to move in! The office staff has been very helpful! They are very friendly and easy to work with. The apartment location is excellent as well!

Been a wonderful apartment community for the last 7 months that we have lived here. We plan on renewing for many years. The people here are so sweet and very efficient with repairs and requests. Thank you for providing a great place for our family.

I love living at Revival. Being on Main Street is awesome. We can walk to restaurants and concerts, and we have front-row seats to the Big Shanty Festival, Taste of Kennesaw, and the concerts. I can even walk to work!

Good location and community of all ages. Great service team that is very responsive and effective in repairs and issues that occur throughout the day.

Good environment to live for everyone. Lots of fun events and good neighbors. Location is also good, and the police department is near here. It’s safe.

The complex is very clean and quiet. Many community events held nearby or the events held by the apartment just to socialize. Staff and management are very helpful, understanding, and friendly.

This has been the best move in experience I have ever had. It already feels like home. The staff has been great and they have made sure that my apartment is quality!

Fall in Downtown Kennesaw is so beautiful. The crisp air while taking morning walks, seeing residents out with their dogs, and the calming sound of the train makes Revival the best place to live. I have been here for 6 years now and wouldn’t live in an apartment anywhere else.

I’ve been here for about five months and the staff and maintenance are absolutely fantastic. I really enjoy walking outside my door, knowing that the whole city is full of adventure, fun and great scenery.!!

I absolutely love living here. The building is secure and well maintained. The events scheduled for October are great and the people I encounter here are friendly and welcoming. The staff is composed of extremely kind and accommodating people.

It’s a great community. I like it. I like being on main street. The pool and club house are attractive and welcoming. My apartment is the perfect size for me. The staff helps me when I need them.

My customer experience thus far after being here now a year and a half I can say service has been superb! Maintenance issues are resolved in no time, and they never keep you waiting. I can't speak highly enough of the team—they truly make things easy, even when you think there might not be an issue. I refer to them as 'The Dream Team.' The staff are consistently dedicated to making things right. Love,Love. Ms. Veronica always have a smile! I highly recommend this place; it’s worth talking about. I hope the location continues to grow and brings in more eateries and shops!

It’s very nice and clean. The gym and pool are nice and the community is great. The local brewery is a bit loud and often play music even after closing time. Otherwise it’s a nice little area.

We enjoy living at Revival. In fact, we just moved from one apartment to another as we needed more space. It has an urban feel but without the urban. Restaurants are within walking distance. Events are held outside. The maintenance team is very responsive.

Good place to live, lots of restaurants near by and traffic is not that bad. Easy to get to highway and other cities. Fun festivals all the time and the garage is great to have so that your car is secure

What a great place! Quiet, clean, and in the heart of kennesaw! So glad I chose The Revival. Depot park has live music, great running/walking paths, and two seconds from home. Highly recommend!

We LOVE it here. The office staff is truly amazing. The best ever honestly. The apartment life team is amazing and has monthly activities plannes and have never disappointed us. Truly could never imagine living anywhere else.

I've been living at Revival at Main Street for the past couple months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is fantastic—situated right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with a stylish lobby and secure access. The amenities are a major highlight. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the rooftop lounge offers stunning views of the city, making it a perfect spot to relax or entertain guests. The management team has been responsive and friendly, addressing any concerns I’ve had promptly. However, there are a few downsides. The walls seem a bit thin, so noise from neighbors can be an issue at times. Additionally, while the rent is on the higher side, it’s understandable given the location and amenities, but it might not be the best fit for those on a tighter budget.

Great community, excellent management staff. One couldn’t ask for anything better! Tommy, Brooklyn, & Veronica are fantastic and very attentive to the needs of the community.

I have to say that we have the nicest neighbors and residents here. We had an order delivered today and we could’t carry it all and one of our neighbors jumped right In helped us bring it upstairs. That’s how it is here! Everyone helps everyone ??.

This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever lived! I simply love it here. The office staff is friendly and has remained quite consistent the 4 years I’ve lived here. The maintenance team is quick, kind and efficient! The grounds are well maintained. And the location is within walking distance to all kinds of food including Italian, Jamaican, Mexican, Thai, Burgers, Fried Chicken, etc. You never have to eat the same food everyday which keeps your taste buds from getting bored. The HoneySuckle Bakery downstairs is another great spot to have breakfast, meet with friends or just hangout and enjoy some really tasty desserts. There are also several good coffee shops within walking distance and a great ice cream shop called Frozen Cow!! This is a must try! Lastly, I can’t forget to mention our wonderful community event planners, Susan & Rich! They are just awesome and always engaging the community in wonderful activities.

I enjoy my external community of restaurants and the park. It’s the internal community that makes Revival home for me. Our Apartment Life gatherings are always fun.

I have lived in several apartment communities in the Kennesaw area, and Revival is the best one I have lived in so far. The appliances are in great condition and are new, as are the carpet and flooring. I also love the courtyard/zen garden and great sized porches. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

Revival always strives to be a luxurious, secure apartment home setting. However, it's essential to address the recent security issues. About three weeks ago, a storm caused an outage of the door entry key fob system as well as the parking garage gates leading to access doors being left open 24 hours a day. As a result, non-residents have been freely roaming the building, causing concerns about safety and security, especially with the influx of college students from KSU. Monthly, all residents pay fees for parking and technology, and it is unacceptable that this issue hasn't been resolved promptly. Action must be taken by Highmark to restore a more secure environment for everyone. If it cannot be repaired residents should be allocated a refund on the parking and technology fees. Additionally, better communication and updates about the ongoing repairs and improvements would be greatly appreciated.

So far so good. There have been a few bumps in the road but I’m still good. I like be living here and I have stopped looking for a house. I love the care I get from my neighbors.

It’s been good. The staff is extremely helpful and personable and the current residents are all accepting and kind to new residence. We need to do something about that train though

We enjoy living at Revival. The addition of the amphitheater to the neighborhood is great. I wish they would have more events but the city is learning how to best use the facility.
