Property Ratings at ReVive Apartments
Only deserves one star for the quiet. Management issues since day one. Example: Was given keys to an apartment that was not even the one our deposit went to. So, we had to settle for less space, since ours was given. They charge ridiculous fees. Even for cleaning services upon move out...(even though it was left spotless) and no complaint was given after inspection. Don't waste your money.
It's quiet, it's clean and the employees are professional, helpful and friendly.
It is a great area for those who want to start living independently with affordable rent. Very small community so it's not too crowded for individuals.
While maintenance has come in far too many times to fix his mistakes for having been here only two weeks you guys do make it right. Contact with management and maintenance response time is exceptional.
I was going to leave a good review at first but pretty soon I realized this company tries to suck your money out in any way possible. It starts when you move in, and they do not set up a resident account for you. You can not set it up by yourself either as it requires a numeric key and manager's confirmation. This problem could be easily fixed but... Staff members are never in the office and you could never leave a message as their mailbox is full (ironically, you could always leave voice mails for viewing an apartment). You end up being late on your first payment or overpaying/underpaying as you try to estimate what your first bill is going to be like. Get ready to be charged extra for that. Also, be ready to be charged a hefty sum for water, trash and sever -- one of the largest I've seen. You will be paying for your parking spot, they say you and your guests could park in the guest lot but it is so TINY and all of the post are always taken. Forget about getting your deposit back when moving out. Please be aware and expect to be charged extra, no matter what condition you leave your apartment in. My family has lived in many apartment complexes, and in comparison, Revive does NOT do their business transparently. We have always gotten 100% to 75% of deposit back, as we always take good care of property, leave it clean and with no damage. Revive Office staff is NEVER there, as mentioned earlier, so it is impossible to do a final walk through together. We had to turn in our key in their mail box DURING BUSINESS HOURS. We are lucky we didn't get charged extra for turning it in "late" ! or did we? I don't know as there was no invoice for charges. There were no letters, no details on charges and no actual charges in 2 months to follow. Finally, the letter from a collection company arrived stating we owe final $50 in addition to $600 deposit we paid in the beginning (including pet fees). Apartment was left clean, nothing was broken or missing, the only thing we could think of in terms of charges would be minor painting touch ups on spots with mold damage (there's LOTS of mold issues in this complex) and maybe some carpet cleaning. Such things never cost over $650 in any other apartment complexes! So we are just left with a bill, GUESSING what it could be for.
Very hard to reach managers at the office. Oftentimes they leave almost an hour early, also never pick up their phones
When I first move in staff and maintenance exceeded expectations. After the first few months the upstairs apartment was occupied and I had a flooded bathroom when they moved in. Maintenance fixed it the next day so it stopped "raining" in my bathroom. was told to let the drywall dry in the only bathroom I had. A few months of mold and getting maintenance to come over to fix it when they kind of washed it off and painted over it (this went on for a few months) the leak that was causing this was finally fixed 6 months later. Maintenance started taking longer and longer to respond to request at one point i waited nearly six weeks. At one point we had the mold test and it came back to be species that were known to cause upper respiratory infections and asthma. Management staff was rarely there. most afternoons they were gone never there on the weekends and calling to leave a message was not possible because the mailbox was always full. Emails seemed to be hit or miss, they have a good habit of leaving for vacation and not leaving a auto response to let you know they were gone. we did a walk through with the manager as was told everything looked good (could not verify the carpet because apparently they have a specific company that does that) but they charged a cleaning fee. there was not papers or anyone who said everyone was charged for that but apparently that is the case with the emails back and forth with the property manager. Forget guest parking. there are ten spots designated for this but the residents don't want to pay for it usually so the parking is filled up almost daily. I would not recommend anyone to move here
It is a quiet and safe place for your little family. The management and staff are very helpful and understanding, outgoing and friendly environment. Pet friendly and the neighbors are well mannered.
Very nice and quiet place to live. Office and maintenance personnel are great!! I feel very comfortable here, been here for over 10 years. My only concern is the extra utilities. I don't feel every apartment is the same as to how many people occupy each.
After living in Revive apartments for a year I’m ending my lease without a second thought. When I first signed the management team I dealt with were professional and easy to work with. After they left everything went downhill. The new management was unprofessional and rarely were on site at the leasing office. Work orders took months to get filled and maintenance staff would show up unannounced to fill them. On top of all that they had the audacity to say I can’t wash my dog (who I paid hundreds of dollars in deposits and pay $25 monthly in rent to have here) using their lawn hose because “I don’t pay for that water.” That is an utter joke. They said this all while lounging on the pool furniture getting a tan! That’s so unprofessional it’s laughable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here under the current management they have in the leasing office.
What I would recommend are the environment and the : quiet, peaceful, etc. and the staff is friendly and know what they are doing as well as try their best to help.
It's very quite here which is great! I can come home from work and relax without any noise complaints.
It?s quiet here, no problems noted. My neighbors are friendly. I?m loving it here soo far.
It's about as quiet as an apartment complex can be. Service requests are handled promptly. Not a reflection on the staff, but a lot of tenants don't pick up after their dogs. Trying to avoid the dog turds is like walking a minefield out there!
I would recommend it. Its a quiet and relatively safe community. The grounds are always well-kept. I have enjoyed my stay here so far. P.S. The parking has been an issue for me at times though.
I have yet to move in but the staff at this property are beyond amazing. I went in to tour a little later than my scheduledad appointment and they were completely accommodating. They were very friendly and smiling soon as I walked in the office. They were very sweet to my daughter and even gave her some snacks to make the touring process a little easier. I immediately liked the vibe I got over the phone from them, as I called a few times prior to touring and they were just as awesome in person. I work in the same industry so office staff is very important to me, and they have great customer service. Needless to say I applied on the spot. The community is very quiet and the renovations look amazing. I can't wait to move into my unit and I can't thank the office staff enough with how easy they have made the process. Really looking forward to living in this community.
A lovely place to stay, friendly people, spacious rooms with a clean environment. It is close to H-5. Neighbors Fife high school and other inter-me diary schools. it has good recreational center for working out. Also has a clean and fenced swimming pool. It is basically an ideal place to stay and the rent is pocket friendly.
