Established in the mid-1800s as a mining town during the Gold Rush, Denver embraces its Western heritage along with a forward-thinking mindset. Larimer Square is a testament to Denver’s balance of old and new, boasting rows of creative restaurants, independent shops, and vibrant nightlife spots in Victorian-era buildings downtown.
Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is renowned for its great outdoor adventures. Residents enjoy more than 5,000 acres of parks, trails, golf courses, and playgrounds as well as convenience to Red Rocks Park and Cherry Creek State Park. Denver is proximate to world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities just outside the city too. City center skyrises provide incredible views of the mountains to the west, while spacious suburbs with single-family rentals make for the perfect place to set down roots.

Property Ratings at Revive At 9 Mile Station
They lied about the apartments being fully renovated!!! Roaches never treated, mold inside vents & bathroom fan, rats, people steal and break cars, the app to pay rent never works, the security guard is annoying and never helps, the office never answers the phone, rude neighbors who never follow the rules, washer & dryer always broken
Do not move here. Since I moved in I have had nothing but problems, and no offer for reduced rent when half the time my apartment is barely inhabitable. I moved i. March of 2023 and It began with a roach problem. I went to the office numerous times and pest control “would just never show up”. After about 3-4 months, the roaches finally went away. Shortly after this, my ceiling started leaking in my room. It flooded my apartment. This apparently is not an emergency to maintenance and I had to sleep on my couch every time it rained for 2 weeks and wake up every 2 hours to dump the bucket. This then left a large hole in my ceiling that I had to fight to get repaired. Now, within the last month, I have had a wasp problem! I have been into the office numerous times to request pest control and they just never show up! I have emailed the manager numerous times and nobody seems to care enough to give me reduced rent. And not only this, but the property is disgusting. The halls are filled with trash and pests. The laundry room is barely useable. Take your money elsewhere.
This place was super awesome every one was super nice it felt really welcoming. Santi “I think that was his name” he was so kind and very helpful he knew so much information and really sold us on this place. I’m not a fan that they don’t have a in unit washer and dryer but this place feels safe and is nice and everything makes up for the fact they don’t have the in unit washer and dryers

Thank you for the 5-star rating and sharing your positive experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that our team, especially Santi, made you feel welcome and well-informed. We understand the importance of in-unit washer and dryers, but we're glad that the overall atmosphere and safety of our community make up for it. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to provide a great living experience.
Wow, where do I even begin with Revive at 9 Mile Station Apartments? This community is nothing short of amazing! The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of. The apartments are straight out of a designer magazine, with plenty of room to stretch out and all the high-end finishes you could ask for. But the real cherry on top is the prime location - with shops, restaurants, and public transportation just a stone's throw away, you'll never be at a loss for things to do. In short, if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and style, look no further than Revive at 9 Mile Station Apartments!
Do not rent here the staff do not care about you guys! My car and a neighbors car got stolen in the same day and the front office told us they did not care and they will not help or change anything to keep us safe!! DO NOT RENT HERE
Since we moved in its just been such awful management . Wouldnt come and fix our air conditioning when it over 90 degrees outside. But thats not all , you pay for so many fee (maintenance and cleaning ) well maintenance will only do half the job and say its fixed . Our refrigerator has been broken since we moved in it leaks waters all over out food and makes it go bad . Everytime we mention it they say we have our temperature of too high in the refrigerator when it’s the temperature they set it as. (We dont touch it ) . Another thing is the homeless people , they sleep and pretty much live in the laundry room doing drugs and peeing all over the floor , we had a homeless guy passed out on drugs on our front door on the third floor the other day . They also make you pay for your own laundry when they refuse to fix the washers and dryers . Our dryers have been broken with fire hazards for 3 weeks now and they still wont fix them with multiple complaints from tenants . I could keep going but i will leave it at this .

Update: Down to 1 Star I tried to reach out to Andrea and have not heard anything back. The false reach out is nothing more than theater. It's been a bit of time from the last review, and there are updates. While in the office speaking to someone I watched as a person was told to place their mask on by a women whom worked in the office. The worker in the office was not wearing a mask. Once the encounter was over I overheard that they enjoyed Covid for the reason that they don't have to see so many people anymore. (They don't care about you... They don't care of your grievances... They revel in the fact they don't even have to see you) Original Post: I have been living at this place since it was Pembrook on the green. The staff can be friendly at times but don’t communicate well with maintenance and owners. Recently my air conditioning was broken at the apartment. They have it listed as an emergency or urgent when the outside temp is above 90. The first maintenance person Rafa came in looked at it. Stated he would make a note of this and to not place in another request on this. Later that day it was closed as “repaired”. I called the front office they stated they would make it urgent to send the next maintenance person. A day later they informed me they didn’t know when they would show up but it was still urgent. Came into the office to speak to someone instead of over the phone. Front door was unlocked and the whole building was empty for front office. I am a quiet individual that doesn’t complain much but this was absurd. I tried reaching out to the management whom wouldn’t inform me when someone would arrive. Very disappointed that their maintenance can lie and be backed up by the admins.

Anytime you try to call the office, you get an “off-site team” and I have called in my year of living here somewhere between 10-20 times, and they are NEVER able to do anything, they always just say they will pass the message along to the leasing office, I get a response less than half the time, way less. They tried to charge me double for rent and took DAYS to get a hold of someone to fix it. I get that the office is closed due to Covid, but learn to adapt and help your tenants or get out of this business, it’s pretty infuriating, very much almost took them to court over the rent, due to not being able to get a hold of anyone.

Two weeks after I moved in the management changed. The previous management didn't do any kind of service to homes and the kitchen cabinets were literally breaking, when I raised this to them they said the materials were not available as they are too old and of course they didn't take even the least effort to correct them as their term was getting over. The new management(current) raised community management charges and made it mandatory every month and indirectly threatened that if not paid I will be fined when the old management said these charges were one time only. Dropped several emails regarding this and no response, the managers think they are the only ones who are busy and we are jobless. There are renovations happening to the whole complex (the rent is going to increase for new signups)which is why they are taking money from everyone in the name of maintenance which was not part of the lease. Thank god I signed the 6-month lease, I will be out in a couple of months and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Appointments are required to speak to anyone. I have called to get an appointment to pay my rent for 3 days, still NO appointment.
Although, it is a studio and pretty small, my boyfriend and I function fine and enjoy the area. It's in a convenient location right next to the gold course. The grounds are kept weekly, and maintenance usually comes within a day or two if requested. We haven't had many problems, but may be looking for a new one bedroom apartment closer to our work places.
I don't live here, but my daughter moved here in January and I came to help her move in. Overall I feel like it is a safe environment for her and her boyfriend. There are locked doors to every apartment building in order to even enter into the hallways. There's plenty of running paths and trails in the area I'm sure she would be safe using. The office was helpful and gave her a good deal on the studio but since then price rates have gone up about 200$ so I'm not sure if she'll be renewing her lease.
They really could make these apartments better for how much they want for them. Very disappointed
Living at Pembrook on the Green has been quite an experience! My roommates and I have loved the golf course view and lovely Cherry Creek Resovuir less than 5 mins away. We have enjoyed the multiple pool/ bbq areas and have spent some summer fun on our porch. Everyone is warm and friendly! We have truly enjoyed the 'greener' side of life!
