While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. This district is home to Angel Stadium and the Honda Center -- home to the Angels baseball team and the Anaheim Ducks hockey team, respectively. The neighborhood is located in the triangle formed by the intersection the Santa Ana and Orange Freeways. The Santa Ana River, along with the Santa Ana River Trail and Bikeway, extends along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.
The Platinum Triangle started out as an industrial area, but today it is filled with luxury apartment communities and palm trees. It is quickly becoming a popular mixed-use neighborhood, with street-level shops and restaurants lining wide sidewalks. For more shopping, residents head south to the nearby Outlets at Orange. The Platinum Triangle sits between the Anaheim Resort area and Downtown Orange, providing easy access to both.

Property Ratings at REVO
Renting at the REVO was easy, I liked the features at the apartment and the building and Kiera was so helpful and patient!
This building has fire alarm activations literally all the time. This week they are testing the fire alarm system for multiple hours every day. A couple of weeks ago they did power washing in the garage and set the alarms off all day. The fire alarms go off randomly at night, like 2am for hours. If you have a baby or work from home or work nights, this is not the building for you. The staff in the office do not care about the alarms and make zero effort mitigate their impact. I’ve lived in apartment buildings my whole life and never experienced this. Not a peaceful place to live and can’t wait to move out.
We love it here. This is the best place we’ve lived at ever as a family on our own. I feel good knowing while I’m deployed my family will be safe and secure. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. We’ve been here since revo has opened and loved every moment
REVO is an island of tranquility and safety throughout Anaheim. The best on the market today. I will recommend REVO to my friends and family.
I love my home at Revo. My home is spacious, modern & does not have carpet, which is a plus with dogs. I love my view of the Angels Stadium!
I recently moved in and what impressed me the most about Revo apartments was the team's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. They listened to my preferences. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. Chrissy and Britney are the best !!!
Great place to live. Close to work and entertainment. Community activities and great staff
The property management office is always staffed and willing to help. The hallways and common areas are clean and pride of work shows everyday. The property is well maintained and the GreyStar staff is responsive.
We are in the process of moving in so have not really had much experience with the community. Both Chrissy and Esther have been wonderful throughout the tour and application process as well as the day we received our “keys”. We are very excited to transition to apartment living and are looking forward to getting to know our new community!
This is by far one of the best apartments that I have ever lived at. The pool, club house and gym are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and willing to help out if needed. One of the Leasing Agents, Ester, is very helpful and knowledgeable about this complex. Made our transition very easy.
I appreciate Revo's management for always providing excellent customer service and friendly staff. They have always been helpful, supportive and respond to any of our service requests or questions in a timely manner. If we ever have any issues or just a suggestion they are open to listening and providing the best customer service. I am very happy living here and hope to continue having the best experience with all amenities and services provided. Special thanks to Ester! We appreciate you & the staff!
Hands down this building is the best building to live in if you’re going to live in Anaheim. Starting with the amenities.. there are 3 pools two of them are 1 foot lounge pools which are my absolute favorite! They’re no nice to relax in on a hot summer day. The club house is full of games and entertainment like a foosball table, golf simulation, pool table and a shuffleboard table. Then there are two rooftop lounge areas that I love watching the fireworks from. You can see Disneyland’s fire works on one side and Angel’s fireworks on the other. The maintenance staff is on top of everything as soon as something is broken they fix it within 24 hours. The office staff is very nice and helpful and respond right away. I love living at Revo.
Nice place, pet friendly. There's a pet spa which is very convenient. Once a month there's a dog groomer in the pet spa, which I think is a pretty cool service. The office staff is friendly and welcoming.
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Initial tour was great, but living here was a nightmare Safety/security * Mail room was broken into multiple times, doors were broken * We had multiple packages stolen, even on the first week; had to stop having packages delivered here * There was an incident where the tires were stolen off of 4 different vehicles * There were reports of homeless people sleeping in the pool area * Many residents did not feel safe to the point that we had a group chat going on to monitor suspicious activities Amenities * Elevators and gates to get into the parking structure were CONSTANTLY broken * You were given a limited number of guest parking spaces/month (I think 5?). And you had to print out the pass. And you had to get a guest pass even if your guest was only there for a few minutes. I had someone come for less than an hour, and their car was towed. Yes, there's a tow truck that circles within the garage looking for victims Environment * Super thin walls and floors, you can always hear your neighbors * Since the building is next to Angels stadium, you can expect traffic at all times. And the noise pollution that comes from the traffic * Everything was extremely dirty. There was trash on the floors of the trash rooms, the floors of the elevators, and the parking spaces Staff * The staff member who initially gave us the tour is no longer there; it seemed like a high turnover rate * We asked for an inspection prior to moving out, and sent a form with the date that best worked for us. No inspection was done, no calls/emails to confirm the inspection either * We were asked to find parking elsewhere while the staff did a deep cleaning/power wash of the parking spaces. There's no public parking nearby * We had issues getting our deposit back after moving out. Lease ended on 4/15. The initial check was issued on 4/26, and they had issued a check for $30.54 (deposit was $600). We called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to request an itemized copy of the charges. After no response, we decided to email them on 5/17 to ask for the itemized list of charges, along with any pictures as proof of "damages", as we had taken pictures when we moved out as well. Their response was that they would "work with receivables team to adjust the deposit". In the end, they somehow found an additional $365.48, but check was not issued until 6/19. TL;DR: unreliable staff, no sense of security, disgusting mess disguised as "luxury"
0/5 stars. The original post from 2021 was based on our tour, prior to moving in. However, this place is not what it seemed like when we did the tour. When we did the tour we thought everything would be great because it is a new location and new amenities. I did not enjoy living here whatsoever, we wanted to break our lease 5 months into the move but we couldn’t. The apartment itself- The safety of the complex is not great. The constant package pirates get annoying. Sometimes you’re lucky enough to get your package or one of the neighbors steals it or someone breaks in. The package theft got to the point where management's solution was adding a decal on the mail room windows. We were in model A5, facing Gene Auntry and there are only two windows (bedroom and living room) There is no proper ventilation- it gets hot fast and cold fast – including the living room and restroom. Since sunlight is limited, it feels depressing as if you’re locked in every day every hour. The technology of the complex is complicated. The elevators and garage doors are constantly down, but it usually gets fixed within 2-3 business days, 2 weeks max. Environment- The location seems like it would ideally be great, however, it's not. A lot of things at Target in Garden Grove/ Anaheim/ surrounding cities have a lot of locked-up items. We usually have to drive to Fullerton/ Orange/ Brea to find good things. We moved in October 2021, we didn’t think about the traffic during events at Angel Stadium, the worst time to come home or leave. One of the biggest benefits of this complex is the local freeways and the carpool lane exit/ entrance. Muscle cars are constantly doing burnouts or doing races nearby, and it gets annoying after a while. Parking- The apartment was a 1 bed 1 bath, with one parking spot. I had to wait 5 months to get my second parking spot and in the meantime, I was parking in guest parking or on the main road (within the accepted times, most of the time it's a tow zone). When you’re coming home and waiting for the garage door to open, expect someone to piggyback behind your vehicle as they are waiting on the street to enter the garage. It’s frightening having someone come right behind you as parking in the garage itself is not safe. There was an incident (January 2022) where resident TIRES were stolen and management (office) responded poorly a week after the incident.
The property is clean and well maintained. The office is always open and ALL the people that work at this property are very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive. The property is centrally located and only a few years old. I would recommend REVO to anyone!
Cars are broken into, packages are stolen and cars are towed with no reason! Management is a shame too. Avoid this place!!!
Best apartment complex in Orange County. You are centrally located to sports, shopping, the beach, airports, nightlife, and all that Orange County has to offer.
A beautiful community with amazing amenities. Warm and welcoming residents and spacious units make this a place I would recommend to anyone.
Great location and amenities. Clean and comfortable
The concept for revo is nice, but the execution was done poorly. The amenities are good and the apartments are nice, but the elevators, garage gate, doors, and appliances are broken quite often for days or weeks at a time. We've had issues with almost all of our appliances and our electrical was done wrong so our circuit trips if we run the garbage disposal. Also, the wiring does not match the plan, which is concerning. Overall, the execution of this building was done poorly and if you live here you will have to deal with things being consistently broken and under repair.
Oh my gosh I freaking love it here! the amenities are out of this world and the staff just takes the cherry on top. Brittany, Simon, Shanice, and Darlene are the absolute sweetest people in town and they go above and beyond to take care of their residents to the best they can. With it being the newest property on the block, I am sure it'll have their ups and downs but you can't go comparing this place to other complexes around. You just can't. The service and community alone you can't beat and it's just so nice to see the community as a whole come together, especially at the dog park that's right behind. I have shared nothing but great news of Revo to friends and family already and I hope they consider being a neighbor! Overall, I love it here and so does my boyfriend and two dogs!
Construction noise on the streets below aside, it's been just a week since move in and so far, so good - so many great details - instant hot water, high end appliances, and cozy living spaces - for a large complex across from a stadium, it's very, very quiet, especially on weekends and in the evenings.
The apartments are gorgeous and Im obsessed with my apartment! I love the color scheme. The amenities are amazing as well! I love that I just have a short walk to the gym and pool and the clubhouse is a nice place to get work done or enjoy with friends!
