Leasing office is very unresponsive that we usually have to follow up for any question. The general policies are pretty generous though, although I'm not sure if that's just Mass law. Love the resident lounge (including the free coffee machine).
The apartment is perfect, residents and employees are respectful. Everybody helps to each other. Before moving I am pretty sure I really bother them with my questions but every time they were helpful.
For the most part it is good. Lack of communication from the leasing department is frustrating. However, David at the front desk is amazing! The construction has taken a while and is a little annoying. Don’t live on the third floor or else you will have a few crawlers visit you and there’s nothing the leasing department will do. Residents are amazing and I love the community engagement!
Just moved in and am liking it even more than I had expected. Apartment was so clean right when I was ready to move in and the staff was really helpful getting all the moving parts taken care of.

Everyone who works here is very nice. I always see people cleaning and it always smells great. I wish the hot tub was able to be used and I hope the creative room gets fixed soon. I don’t like how thin the walls are and how easy it is to hear people above, below and beside you. I also wish the Wi-Fi was better, I get very low signal when I’m in my unit and that shouldn’t be the case. Other than that it’s an amazing place to live

It’s been almost 6 months since bozutto has taken over. We still have really interact with the staff as they hide in the leasing office all day. We feel like we are an inconvenience to them. When you go in leasing office no one greats you they just look at you. They also don’t come out of their office. It’s very cold vibes since the taken over. They forget they are in a hospitality business and just focus on the behind the scenes. They rarely send email communications things are always announced last minute and usually on their instagram so if you don’t follow you miss out. There needs to be more social events like last management. They did a last min thing for Halloween at 1pm getting like 30 cupcakes for a 400 unit building. Everything seems like an afterthought. Hope it improves

I love living here! Great community, space and convenience. Hoping for more community events in the future at the pop up shop downstairs. We used to have a lot of breweries and distilleries come in on a weekly basis that provided drinks and snacks for free.

Great place so far. Just wasn’t aware of moving into a handicap accessible apartment. It wasn’t shown on model on website or a description of this. If so, I wouldn’t have selected this apartment. The apartment itself is great - just the shower which is an issue but maintenance did help putting a different shower head for better pressure - only problem is it leaks now with no water barrier stopping the water from leaking onto the bathroom floor….lastly, the model showed an island table in unit which I don’t have. It would have been nice to know these things and for the model to not show an island table if none in there. Just makes me think that they show certain models to get you to rent unit..

The building is overall well kept and the management is open to community events and educational activities. But, a lot of people are upset that the jacuzzi has never been running and the elevators are looking beat up.

Revolution has been a great place to live! The building is new and very comfortable. I especially enjoy the terrific amenity areas, including the pool and gym! Revolution is also in a great location in Assembly Row: plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance and good proximity to the T. Beautiful building with great amenities! Apartments are well designed and modern with quality appliances and fixtures. Only downside is expensive parking in building.

Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Pool is in the middle of the building with apartments look right at it all around which is a little weird but it is nice overall.

I love my apartment. The building is always clean and everyone is friendly and willing to help when needed. I love the in unit washer and dryer, although a slightly better quality would be a bonus. All in all, a great place to live in an incredible location!

I love it here! The only constructive feedback I would say is that if you are going to advertise having a hot tub then you need to have it be open when the summer starts and be on top of opening it. People pay a lot to live here and the amenities should be accessible at all times.
