Filthy

Unfortunately this building is located right next to a couple of eating establishments, that use the shared alley as a sewer. Not only that, the employees of said eateries are constantly parking in the spots reserved for those living in the apartment building. To add insult to injury, the street in front of 1420 Rexford is constantly littered with trash from the aforementioned establishments. Lastly, the city rarely cleans the street in front of 1420, hence it smells like a sewer. I have contacted the city on four separate occasions about this but they don't care that employees payed by tax dollars are not cleaning the street as they should. All in all, it's a nice building, but utterly surrounded by trash bins and filth.
