i would say i love the look for one inside and out, layout is great. unfortunately the living is decent due to the poor thin walls and ceiling i can hear everything. if i was on top floor level id be more happier in my opinion and be at 4.5 stars. the access being used by phone is great. package system is decent , idk why other companies cant just deliver it at my door but thats okay as long as we get what we ordered at the expected time given i guess. the gates being closed 24/7 is a plus but using my phone trying to activate one but opens all is a bit weak but can be resolved if management solves that issue. overall not bad and it suits me well. if i was on top floor level i think id be even more content with my stay.

We recenlty move to Rythm and we almost finish our first week here and it is awesome, everything is tidy and nice. Love the safety that the complex have. I love it!!!

We were very pleased with everything, Tony and Nina were super helpful, right now everything is going great!! So we are to all this of leasing in TX, but they manage to fix every single problem we have so I'm exited for my new apartment ??

It’s good place for sure. Maintenance is very prompt. Very and neat community. Front office team is very good especially Tony. He is soo nice and very humble and helpful.

So far so good. The staff are extremely helpful and the neighborhood is quiet. Love my floorplan! The amenities are great and the pool looks amazing!

My only issue, the people above me make alot of noise, other than that I love it here. They must have children since you can here them running.

This place is great and it’s always been great! The people in the front are nice and there’s always Coffee in the lobby. The grounds are well maintained (until mushroom season). Good vibes all around.

Livong here so far has been peaceful and very fullfuling. Management are very respectful, and get to my concern fast and respectfully. The ameneities here are great. Im able to be left alone and not bothered.

Best staff and amenities ever!! We LOVE our community! The most pet friendly and friendliest neighbors ever! Our regular social get together are amazing!

I really appreciate all the events ya'll put on! I haven't lived in a complex that has been as dedicated to bringing the residents together to have fun and socialize.You try to mix it up to give us unique experiences. I'm very excited abt the new pergola at the big dog park! Thank you!! I also wld like to add that your service /maintenance techs are always very helpful, patient, understanding, and nice. I've not had a poor experience and that means a lot to me.

Still the best place that I have lived! Not only are the staff wonderful, but I love meeting and talking to my fellow residents. The maintenance staff keep everything tip top and the apartment complex looks nice and clean.

I only have great words and references, from the first service to the collection of my keys, helpful, attentive and dedicated staff, in addition to being great professionals, not to mention the apartment, totally clean and organized.

With a neatly modern appearance, Rhythm has been a great community to me and my family. From the beautiful sunset views to the amazing floor plans. With a new addition to my family coming, I believe I will keep enjoying my time here at Rhythm.

i have loved the last few weeks living here! the staff, are the best! the apartment itself is clean, sleek, renovated and cozy - the location is killer, right off parmer, the 183, minutes from lakeline, and the amenities are gorgeous. it’s hard to get out of the pool some day!! it feels so good to have a home that im so excited to get back to. it’s a rare feeling!

Rhythm apartments has very nice amenities and quick response to maintenance request. Overall a quiet complex making it easy to sleep on my days off.

From the very beginning to tour the property I could instantly feel this was the place to be! Our leasing agent Tony has been the best by keeping us updated before move in and even coming in to check out our unit and putting in work orders before we even knew what was “wrong”. The community is lovely and that was also a big seller for me. Highly recommend Rhythm to be your next home!

Its an Amazing Amplified Living. Very well maintained Staff with 100% satisfaction and quick response. Very Friendly Manager and Staff. And Good Neighborhood . Dogs loves the Parks. Much Recommended to Stay at Rhythm.

Greta maintenance, great care of property. Lots of extra amenities. I would recommend this complex to family and friends. It’s a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Since my time here at Rhythm Luxury Apartment Community, I have had nothing but the best living experience possible throughout all the apartment communities I have lived throughout the U.S., the living space, the grounds, the amenities, the location, the staff and our wonderful neighbors have set the bar as to what affordable luxury living should be here in Austin.

This is a great community. The amenities are great. The management team is awesome. And the 24/7 coffee is unbeatable. Feels like paradise.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. I've has ZERO issues with our neighbors ( which is literally a first for me. this is the 6th complex I've lived in.) There are no noise issues, everyone i have encountered is nice and courteous, I freaking love it. & On Top of That, the people working here really take pride in what they do. Especially the man at the front desk! He is always so nice and never fails to go the extra mile for every single one of the residents I have seen him interact with (including myself). OO! & the new woman who started here is an absolute sweetheart! She is extremely knowledgeable and a blast to talk with. In short, if you are looking to move to Austin, look no further. You've found your new home.

Rhythm apartments are nicely maintained and offer great amenities. Twenty four hour hot and cold brew coffee, as well as teas. The club house is beautiful, and working in their shared business spaces can ease the mundane work from home scenario. Beautiful pool, and super cute doggy wash are available. Maintenance and front office are quick to respond to any issues. We've enjoyed our stay!

Apartments themselves are poorly maintained. You see growing cracks on the walls that maintenance just paints over. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbros and smell every time they smoke even though this apartment is "smoke free". They do "valet trash" but this isn't consistent at all and often the hallways will smell like rotting food. There is dog poop all over the property and even one of the front office employees allows their dog to poop in the area right in front of the doors to a building. The front office rarely answers their phones and doesn't respond to voice-mail. You have to keep calling to get any sort of response.

The team have been extremely welcoming and friendly. Maintenance requests were seen to in a timely manner. Amenities and areas are always left clean. Will definitely recommend others to check out Rhythm!

Great complex location, attentive staff. Maintenance always fast and complete.

Walls here are unbelievably thin, upstairs neighbors are unbelievably loud, or both. Very unhappy with signing a lease here. Haven’t been able to work or sleep well ever since I moved here. Cabinets are very loud no matter how many cabinet bumpers you use. Restrooms smell like sewage BADLY.

Rhythm is a great place to life. Apartment as are so new, very spacious and beautiful. All the amenities are great! Nice pool areas, great outside gym, lovely club house… I love it all!

On-site management has excellent communication and greatly improved security and maintenance.

Very satisfied with the management and communication at Rhythm. I have a good sense of safety with the security measures recently installed to access the buildings.

I love the vibe of the place. Spacious balconies, hardwood floor and amazing layout with lots of light and ventilation.

The staff is really sweet. I really enjoy living here. Service orders are completed timely. There is always an event to meet your neighbors.

I love these apartments!! Everyone is so nice including the neighbors. My kiddos love the pool and everything is so nice and clean. Maintenance responds quickly and the office staff have been nothing but amazing. Cassidy is so awesome!

Rhythm apartments have been nothing but great! We’ve received excellent service from start to finish. So far my stay has been amazing.

I think there needs to be serious rework on the after-hour maintenance line. The way it is set up now cannot guarantee emergent concerns are received by the maintenance staff. We even do not know if there is really maintenance staff on call 24x7 for the emergent issues.

Rhythm has been one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. My family and I feel welcomed and safe here. The staff and the community are so helpful and are a joy to be around.
