Close proximity to BSW hospital, Kroger, schools, Sam Rayburn expressway, major banks etc. Awesome maintenance , friendly staff and neighborhood. Ample parking space for visitors. Parcel pending locker facility option. A well maintained property with good recreational options.
We've been staying here since 2020. Overall experience is good. Regular apartment maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. Helpful front desk.
Riachi at One21 is a Great Place to live. We are new tenants and it has been so quiet here. Savannah is Awesome she helped us with our entire move-in. No matter how many questions we had she picked up the phone or sent us an email. Savannah and the entire management team are very professional and your satisfaction is their guarantee.

This is not at all safety community, there are multiple robbery incidents happening with span of week time, and management not responding properly and there are notified to the community people.

Riachi is good apartment and it is clean with good maintenance team. The only drawback is there is no play area for kids. If there is one then It would have been great.

I had noise situation for a while and I raised complaints to management. They have said it is normal apartment noise. After a lot of back and forth I decided to leave and gave negative review online. But today I am told by management that I yelled at my neighbor in a threatening manner which is a total lie and when I asked how did they come to that conclusion, they told the way you speak we can tell you might have pushed her to. If that person was felt threatened by me, I am sure they would have complained then and not after 4-5 months. yes, I spoke to my neighbor as courtesy instead of raising official complaint, to consider not making noise couple of times or at least reduce since we just had a baby and having difficult time. This happened last year and my leasing office is mentioning this to me now after I gave them negative review. This is totally unbelievable. I hope they take feedback from other neighbors as to whom yelled at whom. I feel helpless and any noise I report they say it is normal apartment noise. They say we are sensitive to noise and disregard it.

I have lived at Riachi 121 for 2 years now and have decided to share my experience. I have been a renter since 2002 and this is the best community I have ever lived at. The apartments have been well maintained, and have now undergone a fancy renovation. The community is quiet and the residents are friendly, which is always important. Beyond all of the above, the management is fantastic, which is rare. The maintenance staff are actual professionals and remember you by name when they see you around the complex. What’s most important is the amazing office staff! Niki has been so supportive. She has printed many pages for several projects at my daughters school. Last, but not least, the property manager Brian is the best! I had a special request for a door to be added to my 1 bedroom unit before I moved in, and another request a year after I had been a resident, Done and done! Both request were exceptions (nothing crazy) he didn’t have to make, but he did because of his commitment to resident satisfaction. Living here has been a blessing!

My 10 stars has went to 0 stars. Moved here based on reviews and well kept visual inspection. I am big on reviews, however I'm feeling sad to say that the unit is remodeled with all the upgrades you can ask for. But what good is a remodeled unit when u have moved in with ROACHES? MY FEELINGS HURT, THIS IS GROSS TO HAVE TO BE ON ROACH PATROL. PLAINLY WHOMEVER LIVED HERE PRIOR LIVED LIFE DISCUSTING. I'm currenlty feeling depressed and 1 week of being a resident I am day dreaming about my lease end date. I will take anything but UNINVITED GUEST- my unit has ROACHES. I am SPEACHLESS! CANT BELIEVE IT! DEVASTATED. Even with the minor mishaps on repairs was nothing to fuss about. I DONT DO ROACHES! Very upset

Moving to TX and looking for an apartment was not expected to be so difficult. The apartment rent seems to be on higher side compared to what I heard prior to moving here and even though everything is BIG in TX the apartment is not that big, however it is a decent size. Good part about Riachi is the transparency. Financials mentioned before sales and post sales were same, no hidden cost. Kim was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Maintenance of the property is very good. Looking forward to a HAPPY HOME here; though very short stay till now so far the experience is good.

Now what should we say about this wonderful community, I'm living here for more than 5 years now and never had any complaints.I would not be exaggerated if i call this great place as "Home". Beautiful spacious apartments with all luxury amenities included.Location is perfect, near to shops, best rated schools, toll roads, gas stations, banks, groceries, shopping and entertainment.Also has two huge pool spaces, and 24 hour fully equipped gym. We feel safe at all the times. Now, what makes the most difference is impeccable leasing staff and friendly courteous maintenance workers.Office and maintenance staff are on top of things. Always making sure everything is perfect.The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Brian(Property manager) and Niki are always there with a big smile to make you feel welcome. I have never experienced this kind of wonderful maintenance from my previous experiences of other communities.There is always plenty of parking left over for guests. These folks even throw parties, Movie nights throughout the year to help strengthen Riachi community and ensure all families residing in the community feels connected.Even our parents traveled from India last year and fell in love with this awesome clean community. The apartment itself is large and renovated with top of the line amenities; hard wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, modern style pool setting. We cannot imagine ever leaving! We love it!. A beautiful neighborhood with parks for kids.I highly recommended this community to everyone!!

I’ve been living in the townhomes at this apartment community for almost a year. Maintenance is super fast with fixing any maintenance issues. Even things as simple as changing light bulbs. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Only reason I didn’t give this review five stars is because the gym is very outdated and does not offer a good variety equipment.

My wife and I just renewed our lease at the Riachi at One21. We have lived at many apartment complexes in the area and the Riachi is by far one of the best. We enjoy the quiet living and our awesome spacious apartment. The office staff always goes above and beyond to help us. The maintenance staff responds super quick and does a great job. My daughter and I have lived at Riachi One21 for almost a year now, and we have absolutely no complaints. The entire property is modern and upscale, well maintained, quiet, affordable, and conveniently located. The time or two that I have had to call maintenance, the service was prompt and the maintenance staff was very courteous. As an added bonus, the property is located in the Frisco ISD, which is the 6th best district in Texas, and the 127th best in the US, according to niche.com. I just renewed my lease, and am looking forward to living another year at Riachi One21.

They've been wonderful. Staff is knowledgeable, maintenance is attentive, I feel safe living here, as I have lived here since 2011 with a 2 year in-between at another apartment complex. I moved back to Riachi because I missed it so much, it was far superior than my other place. The maintenance here is much better, the property is more updated, the people are friendlier, the neighborhood is exploding with new places to eat and shop. When I was here in 2011 it was definitely the burbs and it felt like it, but now I drive down 121 and there are tons of new places to eat. It's just a great place to live.

My fiance and I currently live at Riachi at One21 (since January 2018). I am happy to say we have not had any issues with the property management or maintenance. The office staff are all very friendly and are great about keeping residents updated via email if there are ever any issues or events going on. The apartment complex itself always looks great and if we ever have a maintenance issue, it is quickly fixed. I would reccomend Riachi for anyone looking for affordable housing in Plano.

I am living at Riachi at one21 since 2018. I just transfered to a remodeled apartment unit in the same community in July. The remodeled apartments at Riachi at one21 are really great. Color scheme, new appliances including brand new washer and dryer, new carpet, granite counter tops. I really like my new apartment a lot. All of the apartments are being remodelled, so any one moves into Riachi at one21 will have a brandnew apartment. The maintenance team and staff are all very nice and professional. My transfer to a new unit was nice and easy. The landscaping is also great at Riachi at one 21, always green, well maintained, clean, beautiful trees and plants. I really appreciate that so much work and effort is being given to the landscaping as well.

We're living here since Dec 2016. Nice and clean community. Building is more newer than other apartment communities in Plano. Very conveniently located right off of 121 freeway on coit rd exit. Rent is reasonable, best time to rent is fall/winter. Close to very good schools in Frisco ISD since the neighborhood is close to Frisco

This is the best apartment i lived so far. Service requests are resolved very fast within an hour. Location also very good. Got free Car Port for which i used to pay in other apartments. Gym and Business Centers are good.

I was living in an apartment for a long time. Always I using the gym and pool. All the treadmill and machine excellent work And renew entertainment around the pool. If I have any problem with maintenance immediately, the stuff comes and fixes it. Richie is placing near in tollway and you can go to a DFW airport near 27 minutes...

I have stayed here for 9 years now because this apartment community is clean, very quick maintenance requests, good safety features, away from crazy downtown but still a close drive to anything, and good quality building.

Riachi@121 been a great community taken care by good management. Staff has been friendly , and ready to serve you at all times. Amenities inclusive in the community are top quality. Only downside would me no outdoor courts in the community, enough covered parkings which is a must in texas heat. Good location as its right off freeway, surrounded by banks , grocery stores and gas stations. Mind you plano location prices are increasing every year an so is the rent which is been on the rise. All in all a good place to Live in.

I’ve lived here a little over a year and decided to stay for another year because of the friendly staff and great environment. This complex is close to everything, very convenient location, right off the freeway but not too close, quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

I live at Riachi at One21 and so far has been great. The neighbors are nice and friendly.
This complex is in a great location. Several restaurants, bars and stores close by. The common areas are well maintained and the gym has plenty of free weights and never over crowded. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The pool is always crystal clear. There are several friendly family's that live there and I never had any problem or complains living there.
I have lived here for almost 2 years, Last year they raised my rent by 6% this year by almost 9%. Just about a $120 more a month than when I started. Trash service is sketchy, was good but Mine has sat outside my door for more than a full day. You will love the place but it will cost you.
