Property Ratings at Richfield Place Apartments
I was living here for a year, the maintenance dont fix any issue, the property management dont work properly. I was moving out three months ago, and still I am waiting for my deposit.
Don’t move here. Nothing will ever get fixed. Always losing work orders, don’t show up for emergencies like ceiling leak. Can’t wait till lease is up.
Living here is okay, depending on where you live. Living near the kids that play in the neighborhood is a pain as they always steal packages. I’ve confronted them as well as their parents a few times, now they don’t bother me. Where my front door is, it is quiet and a duck off spot. Love my apartment but hate the fact that someone lives under me due to the walls and floor being thin. So thin that my neighbors phone was vibrating and I thought it was mine. Very affordable. They do need to renovate.
Maintenance staff is the best Jeff and Shannon will be there to fix any problems you may have. The police ride around frequently not to sure why that is. The tow service and management are two of the most difficult things you will encounter. Tow trucks are liable to pick up your car or a visitors car by 6 pm fall, winter, spring and summer. I understand the need for tow service but when most ppl who live there are check to check; why do we need to worry about cars being towed by these grim reapers. The times should change during the warmer months, or they should explain why the times can not change. The management office changes frequently, I don't know the reason behind that. But if you a strong individual and you know what your rights are you will be able to keep them at bay. Ask questions, pay yr rent on time and just keep it moving don't be sociable keep it business and 100...Document everything...............................
It's really cheap. The walls are thin. If you're on the first floor you can hear everything upstairs. Bathroom gets really gross. Good note the office people are nice it is spacious.
I was there for a year and I loved it. right off the expressway and near all the places I like to shop.Very clean and well maintained and the office staff was great , almost like family.
