New Management Team is cleaning the park up
The park is getting cleaned up with the old homes being turn down. We have a new manager who answers the phone and maintenance who take care of our work order request. Very thankful.

Money hungry corporate owned
Just one drive through this park and you will see all of the demolition of what was once hard working peoples homes. The new ownership came in and raised the prices so that people who lived here for years could no longer afford their rents and the ones that were trying to pay got swept up in such poor mismanagement that rent payments were lost or never accounted for and people lost their homes all so a company from states away could tear down their home because it didn’t fit into their idea of the new community. People who own older homes are systematically being pushed out so they can tear down their home and put new homes in without a care for the tenants that lived there money and greed are what run this park now and it’s beyond tragic

Buyer beware
Management is a joke never fix anything they say and the so called new places have mold growing and very low water pressure
