The place is good but...
Management charged us $125 for touch up paint (which we were there for 2.5 months). Read the fine print because they charged us $57.50 for a carpet cleaning and $65 for cleaning the blinds. Lol what a joke. Since we lived there less than a year. Charged us $310 for unpaid rent between 7-1 and 7-10 but our last day (in writing) was 7-07 and we paid $215.60 for rent between 7-1 and 7-7 on 07-05-2017.
