Property Ratings at Richton Square Apartments
This was a nice complex when I moved in years ago. The staff is unexperienced and not qualified to perform simple task. There is no on site property manager or maintainace staff. The pool is barely open during the summer. The complex have had 3 fires in the past 12 years. During snow storms only the front complex and leasing office are clear. There is garbage outside of the dumpster so it’s no surprise that there is a roden problem. Save your money & time and don’t bother moving here
Over all it's a decent place to live mostly quiet depending on the neighbors in your building. I have lived her for going on 3 years and 2 times our refrigerator went out. The last time it did they did not reimburse us for the food we lost saying there was nothing they could do about it . Also winter is brutal here they do not hire people to come and do the parking lots they do it in house so it never gets done in a timely manner.
I just recently moved into my current apartment, Richton Square Apartments, just this month. It is a one bedroom place that is in a good neighborhood that is across the street from the Metra train. Everyone that I have met that assisted me in the leasing office has been nothing but nice and truly helpful. To date I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Richton Square apartments is an awesome place to live from the friendly staff to the friendly residents. This place is an all around great place to consider staying. You can come and review the apartment models at anytime no appointment needed. From the reasonable prices, and the perfect placement of the apartment in the middle of different shopping venues in walking distance. Richton Square apartments has a pool, and as of now tenants only have to pay electricity, and rent everything else is taken care of by Richton Square Apartment. If your worried about credit checks Yes, the do check, but the leasing agents will definitely work to get you in our great community. The agents understand life hits hard and everyone needs a shot whether it's your first apartment or your 20th everyone has a good chance here. Also maintenance worders are fast, neat, and friendly. If out of this whole review I had to say something negative. It would only be one thing, and I has nothng to do with the apartment. Richton park has well water. That is it!!! Everything here is perfect.
