Property Ratings at Richton Trail
I have been living here for about 4 years now and the best part about the apartment is the area!!! The tenants are respectful and quiet and the area is pretty decent . Never anything going on to be worried about . The police station is close and they are always patrolling the area . The property manager Karen is a nice lady however they don't put much into the property. A lot of things need to be updated such as the kitchen appliances and bathroom . Everything is old and when things break all the maintenance man will do is fix it just enough for it to last a couple of months before you have to call him back . The main reason why I am looking for another place is because I would like a more modern apartment everything is old and they do the bare minimum when it comes to repairing things . Other than that for the price and area I have enjoyed living here .
I have been living there since 2006, It's a beautiful place it has 6 units to each place, and the police is always circling around, The land lord is always present and she watch the property, always clean. It reminds me of a village and everyone respect one another. I can walk to Library, park out door space, metro station, restaurant not far, shopping areas.
