Property Ratings at Ridge at Perry Bend
The community is well maintained and the amenities are very good. The community centre offers a gym, work room and pool and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking can sometimes be tight outside some apartments but the overflow always has plenty. Everything is very close by and Shopping is within walking distance too!
The staff is always friendly staff. Anytime we have a maintenance issue, the response is fast. The office is always decorated and festive. And, I love the coffee and hot chocolate perks. :-)

I really enjoy living at The Ridge ! The amenities are well-maintained, including the staff created a great sense of community. lThe location is also super convenient, close to shopping area and my commute to work is not far. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!
I have zero complaints about this apartment complex. I've been renting a second floor apartment for almost a year and a half now, and there's no noise issues from neighboring apartments or issues with other facilities in the complex. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to fix any issues with the apartment, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. Management team is amazing if you ever have any issues. The whole community is very relaxed and calm. Overall, it is an amazing place to live. It's truly the best place I've ever rented, and I can't say enough good things about it.

The staff is amazing with answering the phones and helping with a wide range of needs which is a huge plus when living in apartments. The maintenance team is quick to respond to repair request. The apartments are a fair price point too!

I love living at Ridge at Perry Bend. My whole family and I are loving this community. It's such a beautiful place. I love the look of it I love our apartment. I love the layout. I love the tall ceilings. It has so much room. And the people in this community are very nice very kind people. Most of my experiences living anywhere have involved some sort of Chaos one way or another and I have not experienced that here it is so peaceful and just a beautiful place to live I love it so much. It's got great amenities! My daughter loves the pool and the gym because she does PT and OT and it helps her a lot with her physical activity. I love that they let you have your pets. I almost had to rehome my pets. This is the only place that I tried that allowed me to have both of my dogs and I'm so very thankful for that I just love this whole experience I've had with Ridge at Perry Bend. I highly recommend living here . And the ladies in the office are awesome. They made us feel right at home.

Great experience so far. Ridge has made it quite easy to pay all the bills and utilities stress free. Internet is great. Areas stay clean. Pool and grill area is always a nice place to hang around. Nice, easy going gym area even with an area for kids if you have any. All around great experience so far!

Most horrible experience. Some staff are rude and don’t care about complaints of weed smell or loud thumping music. I will be happy when our lease is up to be completely moved out. I would not recommend
We've had a wonderful almost three year experience at Ridge at Perry Bend. It's very quiet, friendly and the property is kept immaculately. I love living here! The staff is extremely kind and helpful with any problem we encounter. The facilities are clean and maintained well. We constantly see facilities staff out maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment complex, and I really appreciate all of their work!
Everyone is so helpful and polite. Great customer service and response. Everytime we have had an issue, ut has been swiftly answered; and we also get preemptive service.

If I had it to do over again, I would not have a balcony facing the road. The road noise makes the balcony almost unusable. Otherwise the place is well kept and the people are friendly.

We absolutely love it here!! Clean, beautiful grounds, the dog parks are incredible and the layout of the apartments are so unique!! Cortni and Bella were the absolute bomb and we couldn't have done this successfully without them!!

A pretty great community! I love the community events that happen throughout the year. The only reason it's missing a full five is because the gym equipment is a bit older and the exterior has only been power washed once in the year I've been here. Otherwise, the staff is always enthusiastic.

I have been here for 2 years and just renewed my lease which is a good thing . The maintenance team are the superstars along with rent staff . I see upkeeps daily which is nice . My only complaint is more free parking if possible . And more visibility with apartment numbers and addresses on buildings for delivery services .

We have had a wonderful time living here in our retirement. In fact, this is our third year! We love the location of our apartment, it has a beautiful view. New mulch was just laid this week. The property is immaculately kept. It is close to everything from restaurants, to shopping for every need. Its almost time for a splash in the pool! I love our new place at Ridge at Perry Bend. I cannot explain how beautiful this community is. The ladies in the office are very nice, very sweet and made it extremely easy for us to move from start to finish. The units are perfect and our family loves it so much and we've only been in there one day. It's got fantastic amenities. I was so amazed by all the things that we can do at our new home. There's a beautiful pool, putting green, Car Care Center, a place where you can wash and vacuum your car and so much more! I love it so much I'm very happy! Many of the appliances are outdated, pink mold in the bathrooms due to poor ventilation. Great front desk staff!! Maintenace people are always quick to respond and very friendly. Doggy poop bag stations are always filled with bags and in great condition! Would love to see more updated gym equipment.

We just moved in but everything has been great so far. The day we moved in, we had to do a lot of cleaning because the cabinets and drawers were dirty and they floors needed to be swept and mopped

Everyone is friendly. The office team is great! I like the pool area and grill. I have fallen several times and there is always someone nearby to help me get up.

The apartments are in a good area of town. They feel safe and relatively clean. There is little in the way of on site facilities. Small pool and small gym. Perhaps change a dog park into a basketball court. Because of this it might be considered a little pricey

I absolutely love loving here at The Ridge! I can see the mountain lining from my balcony and it’s amazing. Plus, you can’t beat the location!

The location and amenities are all you could ask for in a peaceful apartment complex like The Ridge at Perry Bend. Kind neighbors and staff to make the day to day enjoyable. Only complaint is watch your step! Pet owners have let their duties slip.

Very quiet and safe complex. Lots of space for storage in the apartment, even in the guest bedrooms. The nature trail is nice, although it isn’t that nature-like, it’s a gravel trail along the backside of the apartments. I have no complaints so far, the apartments and the community are beautiful for the price. Haven’t gotten to use the pool, fire pit/TV area yet, but it is gorgeous!

I have greatly enjoyed my experience here! Worth every penny and by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in thus far! Maintenance is quick and office staff is super friendly!
