Although Aurora doesn’t have an official downtown district, City Center houses a lot of the city’s business establishments and is located in the middle of the Denver suburb. Along with multiple shopping plazas and restaurants, City Center is home to Town Center at Aurora, a large mall. The neighborhood also has a small park for residents to enjoy. The residential streets of City Center have condos and mid-rise apartments available for rent. Aurora is a popular option for commuters since it has a lower cost of living than Denver and typically has more affordable rental options as well. City Center is a great option for commuters because Interstate 225 is located along the neighborhood’s western border. Downtown Denver is only 19 miles away from City Center.

Property Ratings at Ridge Hill
Management is suck they don’t fixed my air conditioning. I’m asking for work order last three months but they didn’t fix it. Every time I call them they get angry. Most of the building so dark in night no lights last five months out side is out of pool lights. Night time is very scary. Poor management and maintenance now under new management. Worst place in Aurora now.
We tried to rent this apartment but the Staff was incredibly rude
If you're thinking of renting from here, seriously reconsider! I was moving from out of state and not too familiar with the area. The very first thing I asked the management was if this was a safe place. And of course, I was told it was. Ten minutes into unloading my moving truck gun shots went off right next to us! On my first day in the apartment, the air conditioner stopped working. There was also a hornet nest inside of my patio door making it dangerous to even open it! Multiple smoke alarms in the unit were not functioning and the was a huge crack in the tub. The dumpsters were over flowing with garbage and had mattresses and discarded furniture leaning all around them. On my second night in the apartment there was loud banging on my door in the middle of the night. The next morning the screen to my daughters room had been attempted to be ripped off like someone was trying to break in. We witnessed multiple drug deals in just my short time there and had very shady characters sitting outside my door every time I came out. Lesson learned...if they make you sign an agreement to call police instead of them when witnessing a crime outside of your apartment, then there is probably a lot of crime and they are too lazy to clean it up! Absolutely disgusting!
I don't live here - but tried to rent multiple apartments from them. I was turned away at there office after 2 minutes. I organize housing for people across the country and most properties are begging for my business - If I owned this property I would honestly look at different staff. Very rude.
I am a resident of this apartment. This is the best apartment I have never seen. I moved in from Denver to this place the office staffs are very nice & professional Natalie is the one she helped me when I sign my lease she is very nice and she gave to me great customer service. The maintenance of this place are very polite very professional. Robert the maintenance is hard worker and good person and nice. I really appreciate all the employees ,I am very happy in this Apt. Their price is good, the place is good it is like heaven to me and my family. I don't know why people are complain in reviews. I'm happy to do good review to this place and their staffs.
My family and I have lived here for the past 8 years and just recently are being forced to move out due to management who does not care about their tenants nor what happens to them. They soely care about the "upkeep" outside, blowing leaves around, repainting, and re striping the parking lot annually instead of using that money to update and renovate the inside of their apartments. Trust me they do not care to have you live here you are just another paycheck to them.
I have lived at Ridge Hill for about 6 years. Their management has always been rude, and they treat tenants like you are their employee. They are currently undergoing a HUGE cockroach problem and every single tenant has to empty their whole kitchen and bathroom of EVERYTHING once a month for roach spraying. They literally kick you out of your apartment for the whole day. And this isnt just once, it is every month for the next 6 months! And if anything breaks down in your apartment, they just dont send anyone to fix it. I had big problems getting them to fix my air conditioner last summer, I had to contact the better business bureau and report them before they sent someone around to work on my AC. You can EASILY find better housing than Ridge Hill. If you choose to move here be prepared to be treated like they OWN you. I will be leaving as soon as my lease runs out next year.
these apartments are only okay its because the sub-par service, okay quality and halfway done maintenance when they fix things they only prolong the life of really outdated items outside looks great and they put the most into providing great grounds keeping services and hardly renovate appliances that use more energy than the cheap newer counterpart and even with that they continue to increase thier rent to continue remodling outside i give them three because they do have everything you need in a place even though you may want better for an okay price and it might increase yearly like it has for a while
