Mark Taylor is ruining what used to be a great place
This is a beautiful property; the floor plans are very nice. It has an amazing number of unmarked parking spaces, so there's always a place to put your 2nd vehicle, or a place for your guests to park. Landscaping is beautiful, it has a beautiful nature preserve in the middle. So, what's wrong? Since Mark Taylor took over the management of what used to be Arrive at Fountain Hills on Jan 28, 2022, the conditions for residents have seriously deteriorated. Starting on Feb 3, the pool has been closed almost permanently. As of today, May 5, 2022, it is closed. Management periodically sends "apologies", but they have not solved the problem after more than 90 days. Since April 4, 2022, about 1/3 of the residents are without a mailbox, and forced to go to the Post Office to retrieve the mail, because the mail boxes "are in need of repair". It is been 1 month now, and the mailboxes are still unavailable. On March 15, 2022, a delivery truck damaged the roof and the structure of a set of 4 parking spaces near the leasing center. It has been 45 days now, and the eyesore of crumpled roofing and bent structure is still there, untouched.

They have been so wonderful and helpful. The apartment is amazing. Jasmined and her staff have gone above and beyond with everything they have done. The parking is great. The quiet and the environment is wonderful. Love this place and crew.

Great place to live!

Awesome apartments!
We have been residents for about 9 months. The location is amazing, the property is well maintained and landscaped, the office/pool/gym area is beautiful and the staff is top notch. If there are any minor issues, all office/maintenance staff address it promptly. No complaints..

An amazing place to call home
I have never been happier at an apartment complex. Since the change of ownership, this complex has only gotten better. The staff is amazing- management and maintenance. Each and everyone of them makes you feel valued. When things break- maintenance is always quick to fix. We have been so happy here that we are staying longer than originally planned. Excellent place to live!
We needed to rent an apartment quickly, and Travis worked very hard to make that happen. He and Allison answered all of our questions, helped us fill out the application, and were able to secure us an apartment in less than 24 hours. Travis is competent and professional, and a great asset to the Arrive family. The apartment is clean, updated, and comfortable. I would recommend anyone looking for a friendly place to live in Fountain Hills to look at Arrive, and ask for Travis.

I moved in two months ago and management has made some great changes to the property even since I've been here. Travis in the office invited me in to try out their new coffee bar. I love how accomodating and thoughtful the staff is. I plan on staying here because of it.

Home Sweet Home @ Arrive Fountain Hills
Stunning property with amazing views of Four Peaks. So blessed to have found this lovely community. Allison, Sean, Travis, and Tony have all been fantastic whenever I interact with them. Absolutely Fabulous??
I moved here from out of state four weeks ago & your motto truly stands...I feel I have arrived home. I have been made to feel welcome by residents and staff. Allison & Travis go above & beyond the call of duty. Let them know your need & they help you sort it immediately, regardless of the size of request. During my first few weeks I noticed even small scraps of litter on the ground being picked up to keep our community clean, tidy & presentable. The maintenance team also are extremely helpful & friendly. Requests for service are dealt with speedily. I am thoroughly enjoying the renovations; inside and out. I'm glad I've arrived home. Thank you ever so much for helping me feel at home!!

Five Star
Allison and Travis are, unequivocally, the most professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful property manager and leasing consultant that I have ever dealt with. I have lived in Manhattan and Los Angeles and feel that these two would represent any property with dignity and grace. The property itself is spectacular. The grounds are exquisite, the pool as beautiful as any five star resort in America and the view feels like one is in the Himalayas. Everything is well maintained and the maintenance crew is punctual, helpful and efficient.

Amazing Place To Live
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I absolutely love this apartment community. Fountain Hills felt like home within days of moving in. The property is absolutely beautiful, the people are great, and the staff is amazing! They just recently added a dog park too, which me and my pup have both really enjoyed :).

Arrive Fountain Hills
My wife and I recently moved here from Chicago. We quickly realized that Fountain Hills is one if the most beautiful places in Arizona. This complex is right next to Starbucks,so we walk there in the mornings and then we walk around Fountain Park. We love it out here! The staff at this property is great and always friendly and we plan on staying here for a long time.

I like it here
I've lived at this apartment complex for a couple years now and I love the area. I have a really cool view from my apartment and it's not as busy and crowded in Fountain Hills like it is in Scottsdale or Tempe. If I decide I need more hustle and bustle, those cities are not a far drive. The rent is fairly reasonable for the area and my apartment is pretty large, so it was an easy transition from my house. I would recommend this place to anybody new moving to Arizona or anyone looking for a more small town feel.

This property is amazing, from the quiet environment to the breathtaking views. I was truly amazed with the experienced friendly staff who greeted me. This is a wonderful place to call home. Terrible
Office staff is terrible, lose packages constantly or more like keep them for themselves. Neighbors are aweful, always drinking in the pool area and makes it uncomfortable for others to be there. Just an over all terrible experience living there.

Nice place to live
Nice place to live very quite outside and well maintenance. The staff is nice and helpful. A couple of draw backs 1)floors are paper thin and the dryer vent blows all the lint into the walkway. When my upstairs neighbors are walking it sounds like someone is just stumping back and forth. The dryer lint is always around my door when I or my next doors neighbors are doing laundry.
