The University of Tennessee is undeniably the focal point of Knoxville, and the school’s orange and white motif is everywhere. Largely thanks to the big student population, Knoxville’s nightlife scene is among the best in the region. Traditionally, the bars and restaurants along Cumberland Avenue - or "The Strip" – have been the preferred night spots in town; while The Strip remains popular, redevelopment in downtown and in the Old City has spread out the after-hours revelry. With so many students in the mix, the local rental market is packed with affordable options as well, so it’s easy to find a budget-friendly house, condo, or apartment just about anywhere in town.
But the city is much more than your typical college town, offering a charming environment surrounded by gorgeous hills and forests, with a generous helping of Southern personality. If boating is your thing, join famous Tennessee Vol Navy as they cruise the river behind Neyland Stadium on game days.

Property Ratings at Ridgebrook Apartments
Absolutely horrible I moved into Ridgebrook out of desperation cuz I truly had nowhere to go but honestly I would rather be homeless living in my car than living in Ridgebrook there's so much you have to deal with between the roaches and the Rats it's one problem after another if you're not dealing with leaking pipes loud Neighbors you're definitely dealing with the bug asphestation I'm a pretty clean and decent person and try to keep my house up to keep but it seems to be pointless at this point I'm constantly fighting off mice and rats and constantly spring roaches all through my apartment I understand the apartments are old and some things come with wear and tear but this has to stop
The place needs to be torn down and redone, my floors are falling through and they put plywood on them over 3yrs ago and still not fixed. The windows need to be redone to be up to codes. The place is eat up with mold and mildew and everytime it is cleaned off the corners of my kids bedroom walls and ceiling it comes back we stay sick with upper respiratory infections they have been notified about all of this many of times and nothing gets fixed. Maintenance is even said theirselves that our floors need to be fixed the inside of the air ducts need to be cleaned and the office fails to have anything done and always just puts it off and says there is nothing maintenance can do about it.
I currently live in Ridgebrook apartments. I am a clean person and do not do much cluttering in my apartment. However, we have found 5 mice in a week Two still currently alive and the other three where poisoned because I put down poison. This is a problem! All other apartments around us have complained about mice too!
