RUN NOW!!! Your welcome!
This property is the most trash aweful terribly managed slum hole I have ever had the horrible misfortune and displeasure of living in. The problems with this property are more numerous than I care to count, but just to name a few I showed the landlord photo evidence their contractor let water run into the walls. Their reply, once they finally sent someone to look, almost 2 MONTHS LATER!!!, "I don't see any water in there right now"... ???? They had carpet put in and the person apparently didn't put the padding under it, so they just nailed it in and the nail points are poking through all the way around the perimeter of EVERY CARPET IN THE HOUSE, two bedrooms and living room. My toddler cut her foot on one, which I am considering taking legal action about. Suffice it to say, STEER CLEAR, you will save yourself a metric ton of nightmare. Your welcome.
