Property Ratings at Ridgedale Gardens
I had lived her for six months and had a terrible experience. Alicia is very good spoken lady. But unfortunately I did not get any kind of help from her for my issue. I was living in apt 63 and there was a squeaking sound from the top floor. Unfortunately the tenant who stays on top floor used to walk in mid night. So every day we used to have that floor squeaking sound really frustrated us. After having so many complaints, the floor inspection team came and said that the squeaking sound from floor is due to heaters running. Thought I know it was lame excuse given, but was helpless.. I know it requires the floor fix which could be expensive and the current tenant should vacate the house. All together it was a bad experience with Ridgedale. Other than this, the maintenance team was good a helpful. Alicia was so responsive for any issues. I was afraid to move into another apartment thinking of squeaking sound. The neighbors are calm and never mixed up. You will feel like you are alone on this universe.. the best part of my apartment was it was super hot in winter and never felt cold even on snowy days.. may be I had a worst experience with squeaking sound. It may not be same with other tenants.. beware of thieves.. I lost my kids bikes on 3rd day of entry to the apartments.. you need to keep all your belongings in your patio. It can’t be let outside nor even at backyard…
Neighbors are so boring. They don't even let you play no music. I hate that the water heater is actually inside the bedroom closet.
This is a very nice and quite place. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The time that I rented i didn't have any issues, everything was very clean, plenty of parking and the personnel was extremely helpful and always kind. I highly recommend this place based on my experience.
These apartments are cool! The outside is clean, I see the workers cleaning up the garbage every morning. Any repairs in the apartment get done pretty quickly and the office staff lady is very nice. The only thing about these apartments are the hallways. Since I live on the 1st floor I don't have to deal with walking in through the hallway but I go through the hallway to get my mail and they should definitely clean them more often, a paint job would'n hurt either. Otherwise no problems definitely this deserves 5 stars.
I have lived here for 2 years so far and must say so far so good. Love the area, everything is close by and the apartment is great. It's pretty quiet complex, the outside is always clean I see the maintenance crew everyday cleaning the grounds and when there's something that I need repaired they come usually same day or the next. This past winter we had a few snow storms and the snow removal I must say was done very well by the maintenance guys. Overall I am very happy here so far can't complain really about, definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment.
I have been apartment hunting for a few months before I found this place. It's been a year since I moved in and looks like I will be staying for a while. The apartment is very nice and spacious, love the layout and landscaping. The complex staff is very quick when it comes to repairs, the office lady is very nice and will help you with anything you need. Overall I like this community that's why I just renewed my lease for another year.
Don't take no lies. the maintenance is disgusting no consideration careless they look down on you like you are some kind of disease. they take time to fix something. No body cares tenants are unfriendly parking is sometime hard specially on snow days when it concern maintenance they clean when they feel like. the laundry is not clean it is just a mess all they care about is rent payment. please do yourself a favor stay far away not worth it my kids school is what keep me here he won't be long now.
I have lived here for a few years and only moved out because my job relocated me to another state, otherwise I would've never moved out. The 1 bedroom apartments are nice and specious, beautiful hardwood floors and the back door on the 1st floor is everything. The complex grounds are very well kept by the staff, if anything needs to be repaired they take care of it same day or the next, the lady in the office is so nice and amazing will help with anything you need. I have noticed another review about some mold issue that they did not take care of, well the mold is cause by not cleaning your apartment properly so please anyone with such issue use some bleach.......and it is your responsibility to take care of your apartment. This place is great and would recommend it to everybody that is looking for an apartment close to all the shopping and major highways.
One bedroom apt but very roomy, hardwood floors. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff keeps everything very clean. I have a back door where I sit and enjoy nature. I got this apartment after I got married but now separated, I wish I never had to leave but it is getting hard to afford living here because I am by myself now. I wish they had Studios I would never leave this place!
this is a nice place to live never floods. if something needs fixing they fix it. it is close to shopping, restaurants and 287.
When I first moved here everything was great. Now not so much. The fire alarms go off whenever they want. I have mold in my apartment and they won't fix it. And anything that goes wrong is your fault. Never theirs. Some of the staff is rude. And do not speak English. Would love to leave but everything is to expensive
