Ridgegate Apartments

Me and my partner were looking to move into the valley, and after multiple complex tours and searches, we settled on Ridgegate and it was the best decision we made. The property is located in a super convenient spot by being next to a mall as well as big chain grocery stores like Costco and Misuwa. The landlord Lisa is super understanding and cares very much about every tenant and does her best to fix any problems addressed as quickly as possible. The neighbors around our apartment are very respectful as well. Our apartment is very spacious and the atmosphere feels like home. For the price that we're paying per month, it's probably the best complex in the area!

I had a great experience at this apartment complex. It was well kept and had a pleasant atmosphere. The manager is very well organized, quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and very easy to talk to. As others have said, the rooms here are also very spacious, and the building is in a nice and convenient part of Northridge.

I have been living at Ridgegate Apartments for almost 10 years now. It is the second place I have lived in since I moved to L.A. (and I lived 3 days in the first one). I love it. The staff is wonderful. They will do everything they can to solve any problem you could have. Lisa, the manager, is very attentive to the tenant’s needs and keeps the property clean and beautiful. Cosmin, the handyman from the maintenance team, is a very skilled “friendly giant”. The units in the property are spacious, quiet, and gorgeous. The property is quiet, tranquil, and safe. It is ideally located in front of the Fashion Northridge Mall and close to shops and restaurants.

I've been searching and searching and thankfully Lisa was willing to give me a tour before they opened due to my schedule. She was very mindful of my time, and still made sure I didn't feel rushed and went over all my questions. She made the process smooth! The property is gorgeous and CLEAN!

Ridgegate is its own community with its pool, rec room, and gym. The complex is pristine and the landscaping is a kaleidoscope of color that projects a sense of beauty and calm. The Manager responds promptly to any concerns/issues. Her relationship with her vendors ensures she receives top priority to any issue that should arise and is resolved even after hours or on weekends. The Manager is a seasoned property management professional and knows how to problem solve and think on her feet. The complex is quiet and tenants are respectful of each other. Come join us, you will not regret your decision.

Ridgegate 9150 Tampa is an awesome place to call home! I had many choices, but Ridgegate stood out with its location and convenience. I am across from Northridge Fashion Center lots of eateries, retail shops and Farmer's Market on Wednesday My apartment is amazing; quiet clean and peaceful! It has lots of natural light and nicely renovated with efficiency and the management is great. Service with a style!

The place is well managed, the maintenance is excellent. All requirements addressed right away with the help of a knowledgeable personal. Lisa, the Manager is very attentive to the needs of the tenants and very knowledgeable and respective. I live in the property for 6 years and enjoy my stay here. The water in the swimming pool is heated which you don't find everywhere, also the plants, trees and flowers are well maintained which gives you the feel that you are living at the resort premises. I will recommend that property to anyone.

Great place to live. Me and my daughters feel secure and safe in this great environment. Lisa is the BEST building manager. She makes sure that the building is always looking and working its best. Should we have an issue with our unit she handles it as quickly and smoothly as possible. Units are spacious and very quite and tranquil environment.

We have only lived here a couple of months and we love living here ...The apartment is very nice and spacious and quiet ...we couldn't be happier .., the manager Lisa and her husband are very nice and take care of any issues right from the start ...I feel comfortable here and the atmosphere is very pleasant too...want to thank Lisa for the warm welcoming here and her friendly disposition .

If you want a cozy place, a nice manager and a good environment, this is the place. Miss Fineli and Joey always go the extra mile to help, not only as a tenant, but as a person, they are always there for you when you need them the most. This complex is awesome. The rooms are big and the closet space is GREAT!! The complex is always clean and very well maintained. The best part, I'm right across from the Northridge Mall :) I have everything I need around the corner and great charter schools too
