Not worth the price! Front desk staff is awful when they are there. Never get the same answer twice. Gates were broken for most of 2022. Run to a different apartment these are not worth it!

Beautiful place to live! However, it's very difficult to reach the office staff. There always seems to be an issue with the pool pump/heater. They've recently raised the rent quite a bit so it's frustrating to pay so much when amenities are often not working.

The worst place I have ever lived! The pool is damaged at least once a week, the grill rarely works, the gate lasted months without being fixed, when you need some maintenance they never answer the calls, the current manager does not walk, she levitates, she never has time for the residents. These people believe that by giving away pizzas they will be able to continue selling the lie that they are luxury apartments. Be very careful when you make the decision to leave this place, they will do the impossible to get money from you anywhere! It is not in vain that more and more residents leave them and the apartments last for months without being leased.

Terrible communication with the leasing office, moving in was a nightmare. The pipes within the walls randomly bang. The wall are so thin can literally hear everything your neighbors are saying. Complained multiple times, never resolved. The security gates don’t work. It smells of dog urine all around the buildings. Rent increases of $300+. Supposed to be smoke free but isn’t. I’ve rented for the last ten years and this is the newest complex I’ve stayed in and is by far noisiest. Only perk is that they are aesthetically pleasing apartments but definitely not worth 2k for a 1 bed 1 bath to live in a subpar location of Sarasota. Go elsewhere!

Nice ammenties at first, but the current and rising cost is not worth it for broken/inoperable door locks, gates, broken grills, broken fire pits, wifi in commonm areas spotty, etc.

Lincoln Property Mgmt indifference about the safety and quality of life for tenants seems to have no low. Gated Community - Not!! - the security gate has not worked since May - the security buzzers for the apartment buildings have not worked since July 2020 - most of the security cameras throughout the property do no work Quality of Life - only 3 grills and they are damaged and barely work - no real community activities - few and far between - adding insult to injury - cleaning of pool stains was scheduled to commence on December 26 when most people are off for the holiday and family comes down to visit. Can't use the pool, can't use the pool area where the only fire pits and grills are located. I would love to think that this is the result of ignorance on the timing of this - but I know it's the total indifference Lincoln Property Mgmt has for the tenants.
The place looks great...but - security is a joke , the security gates almost never work, parties at the pool in the middle of the night, property stolen. The list goes on and on. - dog poop everywhere. Mgmt has been saying for over a year they are taking care of it with the so called Poo Prints program. If you believe that I have some land to sell you. - heater in the pool never worked during the winter months. - parking can be a joke. The mgmt company did a poor job planning this out. I could go on but you get the point - don't be fooled.
a month ago To be honest with whoever is viewing these reviews I don’t recommend living here at all! If you want to contact the office good luck they don’t respond to phone calls or emails. If you have a dog prepare to invest in a bark collar because you will be harassed with notes on your door constantly. We’ve been counting down the months since we could move out of here because we foolishly escaped our previous apartment on the bottom floor due to noise just to move to the top and experience the same exact noise levels. Don’t move here and save yourself the stress.
We had applied, haven't gotten approved, haven't gotten denied, nothing and they won't give back our admin fee. stay far away. other companies give back the admin fee and keep the application fees. Please stay away! So glad were not moving in.
We have lived here since March 1st. The amenities have been closed since then. I have called many times to see when their plan was to reopen but all they say is that they will let us know. We can not cook on the grills, go to the gym, go to the pool, wash the dog, or go to the game room. The amenities is why a lot of us live here. The state is in phase 2 so why aren't the amenities open?
The property is beautiful, and so are the apartments. We have been living here for about 4 months now and have had a pretty tough time. The walls are soooo thin, to the point you can hear every.single.thing. from your neighbors. You can hear dogs bark from 5 units away which is a problem. You can hear when your upstairs neighbors walk, turn on the water, open the door, everything. We got extremely unlucky and our upstairs neighbors keep us up and we wake up when they do. We contacted the office to report this problem, and nothing changed. Multiple times. We then contacted them to move to an upstairs apartment. This apartment was way more expensive than our current - but we were willing to pay It to get some peace and quiet. It took them a whole month to give us an answer on if this was okay or not. If you are looking for a pretty apartment i say go for It! If you are looking for good responsive management incase you have a problem like this - i would look elsewhere. The noise is absolutely insane. We can hear our upstairs neighbors even when our sound machine is on. They still manage to wake us up at the crack of dawn every morning with a sound machine on. Look elsewhere!
Living here has been a nightmare. It sounds great when you sign up, but be warned. We have had issues with partying and noise since the day we’ve moved in. The walls are paper thin which makes it worse. We have repeatedly called management with little to no response. This has been going on for 2 months now. Neighbors are partying until 5am some nights. We have small children which wake up scared. We have asked management to do something and are told that they can only talk to them. We have not slept in weeks. We have asked to be let out of our lease because of the noise and concern for safety, but management doesn’t care. We have had to seek an attorney to resolve the situation as Ridgelake and Mgt do not care about providing a safe, peaceful place for their residents. DO NOT RENT HERE! The other good reviews are only because the property is new and there was hardly anyone living here. Now that there are more residents it is terrible.

They have been assisting me with an out of state relocation and have treated me like a friend. They have gone above and beyond aith making me feel comfortable with a big move, and would reccomend them to anyone. The grounds are beautiful and the luxery accomodations are unmatched in the area!
