Great interior apartments, maintenance guys are super helpful, the only thing that’s negative about living here is how bad 1604 is but that’s about it.
I highly recommend living at ridgeline apartments they have wonderful staff, Reyna the property manager is amazing she takes care of her tenants and pays attention to detail , B is great leasing agent always takes care of the tenants and future prospects, along with Taylor and Darrell the property maintenance take care of all the property needs they are a great team .. amazing place to live .. I highly recommend.
I recently visited for a tour and was immediately made to feel at home. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Great place, nice location, quiet and clean. Highly recommend and I will be returning when ready to apply. I appreciate you, Ms. Reyna, for your lovely spirit :)
I have no complaints other than I wish the pool could have been resurfaced.
This is a great starter home if you're looking to start a home! My daughter and her husband are starting their family here. Its a beautiful and safe area.
The office staff is very attentive and quick to resolve any issues brought to their attention. Darrel and Taylor are prompt at servicing maintenance requests. My neighbors are friendly and inviting. Great atmosphere!

BEWARE! Don’t move here if you don’t want to deal with ANTS!! We just moved in at the beginning of December and it’s been a nightmare. We immediately reported sightings of ants in our unit from day one. Unfortunately we moved from out of state and weren’t able to see the specific unit prior to moving in otherwise this would have been a huge red flag and caused us to turn the other way. The infestation has gotten worse over the month we’ve been here, we’ve had pest control come out twice and the last time they told us we would need to handle it ourselves moving forward with bait traps. So what are we paying luxury apartment rent for?! Let alone pest control?! We’ve kept the unit very tidy, we habitually clean every 2-3 days but these ants literally pop up everywhere, from our bathtub, the walls, the dishwasher, and our sinks. We’ve even had to resort to throwing out tons of food from the pantry and even eating outside of the apartment entirely. We cooperated with property management in providing documentation for a transfer request to a new unit, including photos, video footage, and track records of us reporting the issue. Despite all of our documentation the request was denied by corporate and instead we would have to pay an additional $500 to transfer units or the fee to break our lease which is two times the rent. Our experience has been FAR from acceptable, especially considering the amount we are paying to live here, let alone a whole other list of issues with this complex. I’m working to get in touch with corporate now and will update my review with that experience as well.

The elevators the best part of the apartments, no more dragging my grocery’s upstairs and hurting my back! Just a short walk down the hall.

The experience at Ridgeline has been excellent from the start. We spent our first year in a large 1 bedroom, then decided to upgrade to one of the spacious carriage townhomes. The construction quality and amenities are better than anything we have seen on this side of town, and we looked everywhere. So far, the maintenance team have handled my requests within hours of submitting them on the online portal. The gentleman was even kind enough to address a few kinks I hadn't even noticed. The leasing staff is always kind and respectful. My husband and I love hosting guests here. They always leave impressed. I hope this helps a few high-end apartment hunters out there!

This complex was bought out within the last year and it has gotten so bad! The front office constantly has new people, including management, that have no idea what’s going on. Several amenities have disappeared since the take over and the grounds have become trashy.
The complex had terrible customer service since day 1. My paperwork was a hassle from the leasing agents and I had maintenance done to my apartment regularly. The dishwasher, hot water, the a/c all the time as well as others. I'm an engineer and have no kids so I was gone more then I was there and had less problems in the hotel out in the oil field......then it was bought out by another company smh. I would say that it got better but it didn't. I was asked on the last day if it was anything that they can do to make me stay? Like, if it was important to you then you wouldn't have waited until the day that I'm turning in the keys smh. Now I received a final bill. Get this because the apt was cleaned by a professional to move out: $25 damage to the front door which I never use because not only is there a garage entrance where my vehicles are but how I moved in and out. There's a $25 for wall damage and another $25 to pressure wash the garage. There was tire marks from the car and motorcycle. What car doesn't leave regular tire marks on the ground smh? The carpet was cleaned but hey they did a better job for $70 I guess. So basically when you leave don't have any wear and tear because we all know that an apartment has to be turned over by law. They just don't tell you that you'll pay for the touches up that are suppose to be done by law. So I gladly paid it because hey, Ridgeline will get this negative review of how I fully cooperated but this truth will come out of others heeding this warning and moving elsewhere like I did.
