Property Ratings at Ridgemont Park
I would recommend this community because the attention received by the administration before and after move-in has been wonderful.
They are reasonable rental, they allow animals, they have a doggie park, they have good offers, and features..
For affordable house, the prices are pretty steep. Otherwise, I like living here
Nice apartments. Whenever I have had to request maintenance for any reason they have fixed problems quickly.
I have contacted this company/complex several times, left messages and have even emailed them. I have not received a single response via callback or even return email. I think the discourtesy is deplorable at best. It takes less than 5 minutes to reply by email or to place a return call. This speaks volumes as to the nature of the staff, their work practices and business ethics. I will definitely pass and find some place that meets the basic fundamentals of customer service. I had hoped transplanting to a new state would be smoother than this. I profess myself disappointed.
YES
