Property Ratings at Ridgepointe at Cagan Crossing
I advise to ask before moving in if there is or was an infestation going on. (My mistake)Was charged an arm and a leg for their mistake. Risked my personal belongings to them. We transferred and hope for better.
It is nothing like the apartment they show you. It has a horrible roaches problem. It is not worth the rent. The apartments are old. When I got in the dishwasher wasn't working properly and flooder the kitchen and I am still waiting for them to fix it. And again it has a huge pest control problem with roaches.
I've never been to an apartment with such high cockroach plague. It humongous! They are everywhere. Ask them to show you any apartment and open any kitchen faucet. You'll immediately smell the disgusting foul stench of putrefied water. I've done everything to eliminate it but as long as the whole pipelines of the complex aren't cleaned its going to be an ongoing problem no matter what you use for it. But most of all, NEVER complain for they'll raise your rent astronomically.
Cagan Crossing is a wonderful community to live in and the apartments are very nice. The trash service they provide is worth every penny that you spend on rent. The parking is on street and if you come home late at night can be hard to find a spot but for the most part its not a problem. The pool is very nice, the gym is great and the lake nearby is a great place for picnics and walks. All have screened in patios and the move-in process was very easy. Many kids around, safe area and very easy to get in and out of.

Our 1 bedroom was clean and only had a few minor defects when we moved in, and maintenance was able to take care of these issues with in a few days. Overall the property is fairly well taken care of and the staff is pleasant to work with. The shops in the town center are a nice convenience and the property is close to any other basic necessities you would need. Currently our only complaint is that the maintenance department is understaffed and as such we have now been waiting over a week for the the staff to come in and fix an issue we are having. I hope this is only a temporary problem and that they will soon be back to their speedy selves.
The Glen 2 at Cagan Crossings is a new building in the Cagan Crossing communities. We have moved into the Opal unit and it is spacious with great amenities for a one bedroom. The walk in closet is spacious and the open floor plan allows you to change how your setup is with ease. Overall we are very satisfied thus far with these apartments.
