Property Ratings at Ridgeport Apartments and Townhomes
Liars and thieves. Substandard living conditions for market price! Monarch Investment Properties (parent company) look them up, are not only a blight on the city of Wichita, they are nationwide folks! Never have I encountered a property management so vindictive, yet incompetent at the same time. Oh and it doesn't matter if you try and resolve the issue "there is nothing they can do". On your way to collections! I'll just sit here and wait for a response full of desperate PR spin, because apparently they pay more attention to these reviews than maintenance and upkeep of properties, or tenant welfare. Absolutely can't wait to hear how we overreacted because they effed up. You deserve better, live elsewhere.

Tenant beware. Not only will they promise that their property is "One of the best they have to offer." They will also qualify "move in ready" and "I'd live here" to get you to sign a lease sight unseen due to being occupied by current tenants when you are states away. Upon viewing of said dwelling it is evident that the condition is disgusting while breaking multiple housing codes. Openings to directly outdoors, food in carpet, hangings from previous tenants throughout, stench of black mold, etc. Please stay far away. Zero willingness to do a walk through, get you by taking money and giving keys before you are allowed to enter the premises. Collections will be in your future if you change your mind upon entry. The "rock wall amenity" is for children btw. The lake is their big selling point, I'd rather throw myself in it.

Ridgeport Apartments is a small, clean, always-being-improved and maintained complex that offers "lake-side" living and views....One of Wichita's best-kept secrets!
My apartment office manager and staff always go the extra mile. Maintenance even helped me move a huge mattress up the stairs. They're attentive and cordial. The grounds are kept nicely and they look out for the tenants as friends.
