The apartments and the grounds are nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. It’s quiet. Area is nice and has a lot of restaurants. I love it so far
The Ridges of Cascade is so wonderful to live at! The community is great and the management team is the best! They are always finding ways to really grow the community and do really fun resident events. It’s also super pet friendly. I have two dogs and they love living here. There are so many places to walk and when you stop in the office, Dottie and Nicole give them so much love and all the treats!! My dog literally begs to go to the office and see them! The maintenance team is also top notch. They are so fast at responding to any requests and do a phenomenal job of keeping the property looking beautiful. Can’t say enough good things about living here - it’s an amazing place to call home.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and we love it. The apartments are spacious. They all have attached garages which is so nice in the winter. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far my favorite.

I toured a lot of apartments in the Grand Rapids area. What help me make my final decision as to where to move is the professional service and I received. Ridges Of Cascade is complete with luxury finishes immaculate landscaping and spectacular location. The management was extremely helpful when I wanted to move in. They went out of their way to make sure every sure everything was with smooth. The maintenance staff is very professional and prompt when needed. I think anyone would enjoy living here.

Lived here for 2 years and we can't fit all the nice things to say about Nicole, Dennis, and the maintenance staff in one review. They are proud of the community they run and do superhuman work. Very responsive and an uncanny ability to remember names and faces even during a pandemic. The apartments and facilities are relatively new and are maintained well. Quick responses on maintenance requests. Good communication from the office via email or text. Community events. Only negative is the highway noise, though some buildings and units are not as affected by it. Location north of runway 17/35 is an aviation geek's paradise.
Quality built apartments in a great area. Management and maintenance staff are always friendly and very responsive. Located within the Forest Hills School District. I would recommend this community to anyone.

To say that I love living at Ridges of Cascade, is an understatement. When my divorce was final, I wanted to find a great transition place before purchasing my next home, and I'm so glad I chose Ridges. The amenities are great and the staff are responsive to needs. They also are keen on creating a sense of community, e.g., ice cream socials, pony rides for kids and contest for best holiday decorations. I'd highly recommend them.

I’ve been living at Ridges of Cascades for a little over a year and absolutely LOVE it! From the management team (Nicole & Dennis)to maintenance, you will always have any issues solved quickly and with a smile:). When my parents visit from Detroit they feel like they’re on vacation and enjoy relaxing by the pool and hot tub. I also love working out at the gym and even quit my expensive gum membership because I have everything I need to get a good workout in here. Hands down by far the best place to live! Left Stone Falls of Ada to move here and it was the best decision! Apartments are stunning and staff is fantastic!. So quiet and peaceful, we have not heard anyone in neighboring apartments. Thank you for making us feel so at home.
