My most favorite complex hands down. We can't believe how lucky we are to call Ridgeview our home! The complex is beautiful with attention spent on every detail. The staff is so warm and friendly not to mention helpful and caring. We are going to LOVE living here.

The apartments are nicely appointed and have a comfortable home feel about them. The office staff are friendly and helpful. There’s always going to be little things that could be tweaked but overall a good place to make your home. The only negative is a positive at the same time which is the insistence on using a portal to communicate needs and such. There’s not any real time or detailed responses but rather automated and impersonal.

Love the staff and apartment, they allow pets. However, so many pets and not enough cleaning of the common areas (stairwells need routine cleaning so they don’t smell or track dog hair in apartments).

I’ve only lived here 3 days, but the move in process was smooth and neighbors are so kind! Community itself is well-maintained and looks very clean. I recall some residence complaining about the train but I live next to the tracks and barely notice it. I love my new home!

Super helpful and gives great hospitality. Any questions or issues we’ve ran into, they’ve made sure to make the experience enjoyable and that we meet our needs. The staff is fun and friendly. So far living here has been great. It’s fairly quiet and peaceful. The location is great to the highway and shopping. The gym is just what you need, and if you want more there is crunch fitness not far. There are a lot of pets on premises which is fine with me, but some owners don’t pick up after their pets. The pool recently opened up and looking forward to using that. All in all a great place to call home currently

The Ridgeview is an amazing place to live! The apartments are spacious and clean. In my experience, the maintenance team has been spectacular in fixing issues in a timely manner. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful!

Love it here. Stay and management really care about the property and the residents here. The parking lot and sidewalks have been kept clean and safe even during the ice storm. Management was out salting to make it safer.

Apt is very nice so far. Issues on move in was low water pressure in the showers and hvac issue (no heat). Other than that great, support staff has been great.

We’ve lived here for almost a year and love it! The staff and maintenance have been so helpful! We’ve had issues with one neighbor smoking weed that can’t seem to ever be resolved. But it’s tolerable some days. My wife is severely asthmatic so she can’t handle smoking of any kind and it seeps through our walls.

I have no complaints for this complex. Grounds are maintained an Garbage service is great since they pick up from your front door. They have doggie disposal areas with bags that More Residents should be using to pick up after their pets, if you cant then dont have a pet, simple.Quite area as everyone is working out an about or from home..Friendly staff an right on top of any issues . Been here a year in February an already signed for another 13 month lease. Total convienance to Red Back, Downtown, Anything in Hixson an close to Greenway farms an Chesterfrost park. Truly blessed to be here.

The apartments are super well laid out and easily set to feel like home. The on sight staff get better and better and seem to desire to provide the customer service you’d want from a management team.

Everything has been good. Amenities and the community is good! I do think this is a good place to live because it’s quiet. But the trash service is loud and will wake up at night.

I have lived in two other apartment complexes and this one is my favorite by far. Love the design and layout of the apartment; everything is nice and modern. The walls are thick which makes it peaceful and quiet in my home. Management is very professional and they don’t breathe down everyone’s neck with crazy policies and rules. Overall, 10/10 recommendation.
