I was disappointed that there was no washer and dryer in the units available to me. Also, due to the ongoing construction there were no garages available which was a must.
Maintenance staff is always very quick to respond to try to resolve problems when they come up. I appreciate this a lot. The staff has always been very professional and friendly and provided good customer service

Landscaping areas, specifically in our building is poor and takes away from the great staff and service. Also, some residents do not care about aesthetics in their patio areas, placing empty racks and almost anything they just don't want inside their units.

I would definitely recommend ... The apt. size compared to pricing in South Austin is decent (still high but better than other rentals). The staff's friendliness & professionalism is awesome! While the winter storm delayed our move in date, the staff ensured we were kept informed on when we could get our apt.

Great price for the size, good amenities. It isn't a “hip” place to live, but it's perfect for our needs right now!
It's a quiet and low-key community, which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall it's been a very pleasant experience! My only negative feedback is that off-leash dogs is still an ongoing concern for us, and it doesn't feel that it is a policy that is cracked down on or enforced strictly.

I LOVE this community. The staff is great, the rent is affordable. It is conveniently located to shopping and MoPac. It would be nice if it were on a busline but that is not a gamestopper for me.
Its a great community and the maintenance staff is usually always on-point to promptly get repairs done.
This property was not only beautiful and well-maintained, but Alyssa is an absolute wonderful representation of this property and the community I would like to be a part of.

I've been here probably at least 14 years, and have always been happy here
Issac, the Community Manager, and Kirby, the Service Manager,and his assistant, responded immediately to the problem and kept me informed with respect to the installation of a new water heater. I was never inconvenience and I took note of the fact that the new water heater was of a much higher quality & size. I've lived at Ridgeview for over nine years. The management, staff and service personnel are excellent.
Friendly staff that takes care of all issues and can be flexible if a situation arises. Maintenance is top notch and work orders are completed very quickly
I would recommend this apartment community because they are quick to fix things and always keeping the area clean and up to date.
I have recently moved in here ..smooth process...some issues , but after i request the work order they will take care of it.
He was very kind and considerate. I was happy to hear that he lived in the same building as me and look forward to seeing him around the complex.
I would definitely recommend this community because the apartments are spacious with good amenities and ample parking space. Also the lighting inside homes is very good and there are lot of green spaces in the community
