Great place to live so far. Maintenance is relatively quick. Other tenants are friendly and nice.

Ridgeview , it is a very nice complex the apartments are nicely renovated and it is a great joy to open the door to feel at home the office staff is very professional very nice and very kind people .

The rental price for these apts are way to expensive and don't have enough amenities and play areas for toddlers

Management is great. They are always friendly kind and helpful. Love Meagan, Caroline and all the office staff. Maintenance is great and friendly. Usually repairs are done the same day as request or the next day. Meagan is very good at her job and managing her team. She has lots of respect from me especially during this covid crisis.

I love it here at Ridgeview though we are living some uncertainty terrified times our office staff has remain very kindhearted, polite friendly towards the tenant our maintenance team though no matter how overloaded they get some how manage to get the job done the landscape is very well maintain. I am very happy to be part of the Ridgeview family.

The leasing office is amazing, the apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Living experience needs improvement.

Though we are living some uncertainty terrible times I am please to say the office manager do a outstanding job at maintaining a beautiful apartment ,landscape , Gym to work out , nice pool ,play yard for small children , soccer field and small dog park and all the office staff are very polite , professional people's friendly as well as the maintenance team working hard responding as soon as possible to fix repairs so our home always remain beautiful , liveable ,and safe. I would recommend Ridgeview to those starting a family or retirees who want to live in a safe gated community community with school , market, several nice places to eat even a Ross department stores , Walgreens, Rite and many more within walking distance. Unlike so many other apartment complex the entrance hallway , parking and ground area is well lighted for our safety and we have security .

Ridgeview is a great place to live and the management team and maintenance team are very polite ,people friendly as well as professional. The owner is constantly making changes beautifying up keeping the property.

I am not fond of apartment living, but except for a few minor issues the stay here has been very pleasant and the Staff very helpful.

Ive enjoyed living at Ridgeview apartments. The apartments are clean and well kept. The playground could use an update but its still clean and maintenance team are awesome. They are great with their follow ups and communication with the office has improved. Neighbors are mindful of others around them and we have no issues with roaches or pests, which is nice. Considering apartment prices are competitive at this time Im glad we went with Ridgeview.

Don’t live here. Cigarette and weed smell won’t let you open your window. Management office doesn’t even care. They just care about there rent money. Either they’re smokers or they never scale the property. Sad

The cockroaches are in the hundreds when I first moved in I noticed them coming out the vents now there’s so many of them at this point i hate to cook in my kitchen every time I come out my room I literally see and I’m not lying 10 of them we have sprayed them with raid all the toxins you can think of they have an exterminator on Thursdays but for him to have to come every single week to spray is very unhealthy considering we have small children. Management is very nice and helpful but I cannot wait to move out of here I hateee the cockroaches!!

The day we moved out, I almost cried. This was my first apartment with my family. And I am giving a huge shout out to the new management, and especially Kathy and Ashley in the office. They have gone above and beyond expectations. I used to live in these apartments years ago with the different management, but the new owners have done serious upgrades. Years ago, it was loud and not as safe as it feels now. There is a new gym, the pool area has new upgrades, and the unit we had was amazingly upgraded. I told the women in the office I needed an apartment on the first floor, with no carpet (I have several kids), and a washer and dryer. All my needs were met, including my dogs needs (they have excellent dog parks). The appliances were brand new and black, the light fixtures looked luxurious, the fridge even had an ice maker. The floors looked like wood and the kitchen counter tops looked like granite. It was a far cry from when I lived there years ago. There were no problems with bugs either like the older reviews have stated. I was worried about that but then realized it was under new management and they did not disappoint. This was my first apartment with my family of 6 and we loved it! It was very quiet there, we had nice neighbors, everyone kept to themselves. The office also has a program where every time you pay your rent on time, they report it to the credit bureau. That was the only reason why we left—living at Ridgeview for one year built up our credit so we were able to purchase our first home. That was why I was so sad on moving day because it felt like I was leaving luxury for a starter home. All in all, I highly recommend Ridgeview Apartments

Dear potential resident, Roaches, loud music and weed is just the surface. Vehicles are hit frequently by hit and run drivers Armed rovery scare you? Better not live here then. Do you like your mail delivered? Better not live here due to break ins with theft. Have a dog? Stay away from here as they are not welcome along with lack of cleanup in the doggy park. Wish I could say more posit I've things but I can not. I'd like to say it is the neighborhood, which things that may influence this apartment complex but ultimately there are no indications for positive change. Sincerely, A current resident who can't wait til their lease is expired.

The management scams everyone out of over $600 upon moving out. Initially they tell you you'll only be charged for cleaning, carpet, and painting if the apartment actually needs it after you move, then they claim you don't have that in writing and won't honor it. They'll charge you no matter what. We did everything ourselves and then still received the bill. They aren't helpful with anything, and you'll have constant maintenance issues while living here. Pathetic, horrible people running this place now. I've never been so dissatisfied and angry, and I'm not even a very critical guy. Please, do NOT move in here. I promise you'll end up regretting it. Don't give your business to people like this.

Well maintained, good security, the management is nice and helpful

Spacious rooms and closets, appliances awesome, gated and security around the clock. Gym and swimming pool thumbs up. Gated.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The management here doesn't take care of the property and its tenants. The pool is always dirty, and when you have a noise complaint they will not do anything about it. The only good thing about the apartment is that there is a washer and dryer in the units.

What can i say. The quality Of these apartments speak's for there self, I must Encourage new Residence to be prepared for a great rental experience. From the time you walk into the the Leasing office they treat you just like family and make you feel right at home.My personal leasing agent's would have to be MS.Pam she is awesome really caring nice and best of all she saved me from making a terrible decision from moving into a very bad apartment.
