I've lived here for 10 years in two separate buildings. I've seen a lot of changes in who works here over time, but right now James and Peyton have the complex very well taken care of, the best I've seen in my time here in fact.

Quiet community nestled up against Palmer Park. Great walking trail. The new owners have really made the community better. Maintenance staff is amazing. Friendly office personnel. Nice indoor mail room. Walking distance to many stores and eating establishments.

The Apartments need to get better 24/7 security, my vehicle has been stolen and vandalised twice you have freeloading bums breaking into vacant apartments and living it’s ridiculous .

Maintenance is awesome front office is great. It's quiet and is very dog friendly i just wish we could get our gift cards for posting on the rewards website so we can get the oft cards for the points we earned that's the only I'm really frustrated about. I have points I want to use

The apartment is alright sometimes. It need a lot of updates and it needs new carpet. The wood floor suck because after mopping it give off order that stays in the air.

Peyton was super helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. We drove all the way from Florida and our apartment search wasn’t supposed to be for another month but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed one in a week. She gave us a few options and there was even a move in special so it didn’t break the bank.

Rooms are spacious and it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood . The swimming pools have been the norm for my son this summer and maintenance has been fairly responsive

Ms. Lauren is amazing!! Super knowledgeable. The apartment is huge and spacious! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and lots of space for the dogs. Everyone we have ran into on the grounds have been so friendly and talkative!

Units are spacious for the price, clean and pretty quiet! Love having shared laundry per building and the clubhouse amenities, and our dogs have a great time going to the little dog park in the mornings.

I enjoy my one bedroom apartment. My apartment overlooks the park, which is great! Both staff and maintenance are great! The complex does different updates each year but if you need something they will do their best to accommodate you.

I love living here. It's affordable. It's quiet. The amenities are great. I love having a indoor and outdoor pool. I love the hot tub. I love walking around here it's pretty safe.

The pool is always clean and the grounds are well kept. They are very responsive to maintenance requests. I was missing a screen door and they installed one right away.
Apartment is a little on the small side. The appliances need to be updated and the carpet was rough upon moving. Individual paid parking spot are use by people who don't own them and it is a hassle trying to get some towed out of you spot
It has been wonderful with new management. I am so glad we decided to stay and move into a larger apartment. They are very friendly and on it with everything. A breath of fresh air honestly.
This apartment is quiet and mostly calm compared to others in the area. The new staff in the office seem more available than they did before.
Horrible place to live! The security here is almost obsolete. They come lock up hours later than they’re supposed to, also about 10 cars have been broken into this week and the complex thinks it’s not their problem at all. Couldn’t even be bothered with sending out an email to the rest of the tenants warning them to keep valuables out of the car or to even suggest a wheel lock. They basically told me that not their problem. Also pest control comes here once a week so who knows what kind of bug problems some of these apartments buildings have. This apartment has been more of a headache than a home
Never imagined I would love living in apartments as much as I love living at Ridgeview Place. Office management is amazing and maintenance team is always respectful.
It's quiet for the most part, just need some upgrades and I would give it higher rating, but we love the location and staff. There are many stores within walking distance.
It’s home when I’m there on the weekends, wish I was there now love the high patio covers a nice addition to my privacy
Ridgeview Place is a unique place to live. It has the best location you could want in apartment living. The new office management is doing a superb job in creating a good relationship with the residents. The noise level is way below what I expected. I've lived here for four years and don't plan on moving.
The maintenance guys are great! Chris, John, and Dean are always there when I need them. They are prompt and always super friendly. They keep this place going.
in our time here it hasn’t been to bad…some bumps in the road but that’s how it goes when renting it seems, the parking sucks honestly but no other complaints at the moment .

The complex is very quiet, and serene, and has lots of greenspace. It had the most indoor space and had a huge outdoor storage closet. The apartment, in itself, just hit all of the bells and whistles and when combined with the hardscape, it was my number one choice, easy.
When things need to be fixed they are on top of it right away. Phone calls are always answered right away and what you ask is always resolved the same day usually.
Maintenance is always timely, the front office made us feel welcome. Props to Lilith for helping the transition from apartment to apartment feel relatively easy.
I love the community and the gals in the leasing office along with my apartment and most of all the work out area and two huge pools for hot days like this! Come check us out
I have been here for about 3 months and so far so good. Management definitely trys to engage community in different events! The views are very beautiful as well!
Have been living here 4yrs next month. The new owners have been fixing a lot of neglected items. For example the mail room. My builing is quiet. The maintenance staff fix any items quickly.
Now that we have moved into our new unit and with the new management it has been absolutely amazing. The mail box switch around was a bit bothersome but now that it is over it has been amazing. Again the new management has made a HUGE difference in our experience. We move here about 5 years ago now and there were times that management made it hard to want to stay.
