Not What expected AT ALL
I used to live here a couple months ago(MOVE OUT AND THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW) and when I say I wouldn't recommend to anybody I am 100% speaking facts. 1. Managment is trash they hate when you have something you need looked at 2. i know of a couple people smoking inside their apartments but Managment have their favorites and if they like you then you have no problems 3. CARPET is barely cleaned when you move in is disgusting when i used to vacuum it would leave my floor with this sticky feeling 4.I do not think they have any management in the office yet DO NO MOVE HERE!!!!!

UNSAFE AND UNKEPT
For our small town these apartments are very unkept. the land scaping is very tacky, people have broken blinds, blankets hanging up as curtains, which is suppose to be a no no in contract. Stairwells are dark and spooky. people that don't live there are parking in front of people's ways. At night there is not enough lighting. The town police is not patrolling area enough. To much coming and going with some traffic at night. Can never get in tough with manager, if you do she never wants to do anything. Our elderly do not feel safe.
