Property Ratings at Ridgeway Court Apartments
Every thing was and is nice and clean. Customer service is very good thanks for everything.
I love this complex and have been here for two years now and hope to stay longer.
Jazmen has been wonderful throughout this process, everyone has been flexible and understanding.
Always passed it & it is cleaned, neat & your customer service is wonderful. I would recommend Ridgeway or Woodward properties. I have seen other properties were taken care off.
It's an old disgusting building. I've been here for 2 years (leaving in 2 weeks) and the C building is infested. All my neighbors have complained of mice and roaches. My apartment had so many holes in the walls when I moved in. Found roaches in my cabinets before. Mice running through the walls and maintenance said there's nothing they can do. Found a dead mouse in the middle of my floor stuck to a trap. Parking lot always has trash hanging out of the dumpsters and around it, can only use one washer at a time or the whole room floods, and the fire alarm goes off for no reason. Trust me, do not rent here.
The entire process was marvelous and easy, good approach, smiling behavior. Location is good, Wood properties is affordable.
Five years ago, I had the opportunity to rent my very first apartment and thankfully, Jazmen was there to walk me through the process which went on smoothly. The maintenance staff was always responsive and would work on your problem the same day or the next day at most. The apartment itself is spacious and has lots of closets. Neighborhood is safe and quiet which worked perfectly for me. My neighbors in the other three apartments on my floor were top-notch. We kept to ourselves but made sure we spoke to each other when we met outside. All in all, this is a great place to live and I will miss it but it was time to move in a two-bedroom apartment as life has changed. I will miss living here. Thanks again Jazmen and to the entire staff of Woodward Properties!! ~Paul Konneh
Staff is very attentive. Great at answering every question!
First and foremost, the customer service, is and was excellent! I was very pleased with Jazmen, and Michelle both.
Pretty good service. Makes the move in transition very smooth and easy.
Been here for 2 years and I’m calling to see the fee to break the lease. Ceiling has been leaking since day 1. Put in more maintenance requests than I can count and all they do is occasionally paint over the numerous watermarks. The AC unit has to be about 20 years old (not an exaggeration). It broke during a heat wave and they said we were responsible for buying a new one. Washer and dryer work about of the time and you have to use the dryer 2-3 times before your clothes dry. Heater broke and they came and said the dial wasn’t turned all the way up. Even though I told them I recently turned it down to see if it did anything. Called again and someone came and fixed it and apologized. Bugs and mice should pay rent considering there always there. People, there’s a reason this place is so cheap.
Very great location. Great customer service, friendly staff. Amazing apartments! Excited that i chase Woodward properties as my first new home.
I like apartment its spaces and nice clean. The location is great. Customer service is nice also.
I went there on 1/3/2017 to see a 2br at 4:45pm and called Christina to let her know I was there. She then informed me that she still had potential renters in the office and that she would be there any minute. 30 minutes pass and she still did not show up and left me in the lobby waiting. I called her number back and she did not answer. After reading the reviews, I am thankful she didn't show up. I don't want to live in a roach and nice infested apartment no way ??
Ive been living here for just over a year and am ready to break my lease. Maintenance is horrible and the apartment building has may issues. Some of the issues I’ve experienced and hasn’t been corrected to this day is a huge mice problem (including the storage area they give you. It’s disgusting in there to the point you don’t want to use it.) Mold is growing in our building and hasn’t been corrected yet. Called emergency maintenance and they said sorry we have to wait to speak with the office. The living conditions here are unhealthy and unsanitary. Shortly after moving in the ceiling started leaking and they claimed they fixed it but it still leaks. Every summer the water backs up in the building and dirty contaminated water comes up the sink and tub drains. If you move here GOOD LUCK.
Well to begin before I moved in I wanted the see the place. The day I took my walk through I felt rushed out the apartment and I really couldn't inspect the place like I wanted to. But everything looked well so I moved in. my first day moving in roaches started coming out of the heater vents. Had to buy about 60$ worth of extermination supplies. I also called maintenance and when they came all they did was through white powder all over the house and in the cabinets witch messed up my allergies and I had to clean the entire apartment again. Well it's been a little over a month and a half now and I still see roaches and it's so annoying I don't even want to have company over. It's sad because it's a really nice place but for the money I pay for rent I at least expect to have a roach free apartment.
I live in a great apartment but the laundry room is not up to date because you can only use one washer at a time. The carpet in the hallway is embarrassing because someone spilled something in the carpet and it is stained. I just feel that for the amount that I am being charged to live here my visitors should not have to see this before they get to my apartment. Irate the apartment three stars.
It's ashame that the property managment is rude and unprofessional because other than that I'd like the apartment. They do not return calls, resonds to emails, or even answer their personal extensions. The apartment is a great size for a one bedroom. The cleaning staff for outdoors and hallways/laundry facilities is so so. A lot of maintenance requests have to be put in for everyday fixes. I would not refer anybody I know to these apartments.
