Property Ratings at Ridgewood Park Apartments
My time in this apartment has been the worst living experience I've ever had. Since moving in, I've been plagued with constant water leaks that management has failed to fix despite more than 10 attempts. Every week, I receive calls asking me not to use my bathroom due to ongoing leaks that result in water pouring down. This situation has been incredibly tiresome and disruptive. I strongly don’t recommend here for anyone. Really poor management.

Our hot water has gone out 3-4 times in the last two months. It stays out for 3+ days at a time. Management only communicates about this via printed letter on our doors every few days (so, no email or anything helpful). Half the dryers in this building have been out for well over a year, so we have to take our soaking wet laundry all over the building until we find a functional, open one. The laundry card loader in our building is out, but we can't get into the other building to load the cards. Despite all this, our rent continues to go up and up, and we aren't even getting the stuff our lease promises. I wouldn't recommend moving here. We'd leave if we could afford to.
It is a wonderful place to live and near everything you need stores and restaurants and the apartment are spacious and very comfortable and pet friendly . All the staff is so nice

My grandmother stays at Ridgewood. Right now, the buzzer to buzz someone in doesn't work so she has to walk all the way downstairs to let me in when I visit her (and it's a LONG walks). The laundry reload machine in her building doesn't work so again, she has a long walk to the building across the way to load her card. And one of the elevators won't shut unless you press against the wall opposite the wall near the opening. This is all ridiculous.

These are the best apartments around. Spacious, Attractive, Pet Friendly & most of all Affordable! I Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Ridgewood Park has been my home 1994. I love the office girls, they always give me the warm fuzzies when I enter the Leasing office. Housekeeping always keeps everything looking and smelling just wonderful. Maintenance is always so friendly and efficient. I love my home and always will.
I have lived her for 2 years and I am in love with my apartment! Ridgewood is clean, quiet and has a Park like setting which is so calming ! The staff is amazing and efficient ! The manager is so friendly and definitely has the residents best interest at heart! I am so glad that I call this place home ! Thank you Ridgewood !
For the size and location of Ridgewood Park Apartments they are really affordable. When I was looking for my home, I was kind of scared to approach the leasing office because it looks really expensive. Much to my surprise Ridgewood totally fit the budget! If you are looking for some place new, you might just end up as happy as I am.
I have a great view of the woods from my balcony, after a long work day it brings relaxation. I also love how quiet it is, sometimes I forget that I am in an apartment. I really cannot find anything negative to say, I really like it here.
Best place to live in Parma Heights...Affordable and very spacious!
These apartments are the by far the most spacious for the money I have ever seen ! I love coming home, not feeling cramped or what seems that the walls are closing in ! The floor plans are laid out in a way that maximizes the sq footage and makes one feel very comfortable. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and shopping close by, not to mention anything one could need within a 3 min drive ! The staff is super friendly and there to help in anyway they can. Maintenance issues seem to be few and far between but if arise, are taken care of in a timely manner. The property is well maintained on a daily basis. Neighbors are nice and friendly and the noise level is very acceptable for apartment living. Ridgewood is definitely the best bang for the buck in Parma Heights. !
Everywhere that I need to go is within walking distance, since I do not drive. Also, when needed there is a bus stop right at the opening of our entrance. The office is so nice and my apartment is gorgeous. I love living here , there is nowhere else I’d rather be.
I sold my house 6 months ago and opted for apartment living. I looked at many but fell in love with Ridgewood park Apartments. I moved to the 6th floor and have an amazing view of such a beautiul area! I plan on staying here for many years to come, as long as they will have me.
I am so happy that I chose Ridgewood Park Apartments for my home! The grounds are kept absolutely Beautiful & The staff is so Nice! I was even able to bring my best friend with me..that would be my loyal little Pug :)
I am a current resident and my experience here has been great!!!! The leasing office is friendly and helpful and very professional. Maintenance is very respectful and prompt on service. My apartment is very spacious. It is very quiet and clean place.
We love this apartment! We have an end unit that is very spacious and quiet. The staff and matinence are wonderful. We had a problem with our air conditioner (not keeping up) and it was fixed within a day. The staff is helpful with any questions and problems and we absolutely love living here. The only downside is the laundry room is outdated and does not dry clothes completely.
I absolutely love living at Ridgewood Park! The staff is amazing and always helpful. Anyone looking for a great place to call home, this is it!
We live in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom end unit, and the amount of space is great. The balcony is huge, and lucky for us, we face the creek in the back of the complex. It's also right down the road from the Parma Shoppes - Ulta Beauty, Shoe Dept., Walmart, Giant Eagle, Target, etc. We use the spare bedroom as a home office, as I work from home most days out of my work week. Working from home while living here is such a pleasure because the noise level is relatively quiet neighbor wise - though it may be due to us living in an end unit. I say this because we do live right off the main road (and also near UH Parma), so ambulances and the like may make some instances of the day/night noisy, but all in all, you barely hear the cars rolling by unless you have the windows open. The only times where I can somewhat hear my upstairs neighbors is usually during the nights of the weekend, but that's expected since it IS the weekend. And by that I mean, it's relatively quiet until whatever team scores a touchdown, then you'll hear everyone's muffled cheer. Also, I rarely see ANY of my neighbors on my floor (besides the family that lives in front of us), so sometimes I feel like I'm the only one living on my floor. Again, I live in a unit at the end of a hallway, so I very rarely have anyone walking near my room or my door. If you prefer a quiet place, I would suggest getting an end unit if you apply to live here. Maintenance has always been timely for us for general maintinence - even on weekends when the staff are supposed to be off. I've had only one main issue in the unit - an instance of water backing up the drains in the sinks, but that was at the beginning of our lease in year 1, and since that original maintenance, nothing has happened. We've also had occasions where the entire complex has had to turn their water off for a day or so, due to some emergency problems; however, it's only been twice in the 2 years we've been here. The complex also does routine checks - maintenance checks / pests / water / etc. yearly. There is parking in the front and back of each building. Unless you're coming home at 9PM at night, you should find some parking close to your building. Even so, that walk isn't too far. There are garages that I see the older tenants rent if walking isn't your thing. All in all, a great place to live. I would definitely recommend living here for those searching for a place in Parma.
