Located off the western shore of the Delaware River is the quaint family-friendly town of Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. This small borough gives its residents a quiet small-town escape from the surrounding larger cities. Thanks to being located near Interstate 95 and Interstate 476, travelling in and out of town is accessible. There is also access to railways that lead to both Philadelphia and Washington DC making Ridley Park a great area for commuters.
Adding to the borough’s “homey” atmosphere is the fact that the community of Ridley Park is very tight-knit. There are several community events and programs for people of all ages to get connected with one another. The many parks and the Athletic Club provide residents with several walking paths, field, and trails to explore, and the pinnacle of the town is the scenic Ridley Park Lake that people like to use to fish and relax.
Renters will find that there is a variety of housing choices to choose from.

Property Ratings at Ridley Manor
I absolutely loved our apartment! This place has so much character with plenty of room! Everyone here is so nice (like a little community within the community)Plus you have all the little stores right behind the building in walking distance. It's perfect and the train station is not even a block up the street. It's the best location! It's definitely a place to call home.
We lived in Ridley Manor for almost 15 months and we ABSOLUTELY loved it. Grounds were always kept, they allow pets which is far and few between in the area, and management was accommodating and polite. Our apartment was positioned where we had natural light all day with the huge windows in the living room and dining area. Neighbors were so nice and helpful. We were sad to leave, but certainly greatful for our time there.
My apartment was newly renovated and had plenty of natural light. Management was always quick with responses. I never saw a single sign of an insect or rodent (thank god!). Friendly neighbors with cute pets! Most tenants I spoke to have been living there for 5+ years, which speaks to how well kept the spaces are! Quiet neighborhood, with great access to the highways. I would recommend this space to anybody. The only thing I didn't love about living here was that the laundry machines are a bit expensive for me, makes the horrible task of doing laundry that much horrible lol.

Thank you so much for your review of Ridley Manor. We continue to strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living space for all of our residents. If you ever need to return to the Ridley area and are in the market for an apartment, please give us a call! Thank you again!
Wonderfully maintained apartments with vaulted ceilings and tons of windows!!! Building is over 100 years old, as can be expected in Ridley Park. But the kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully updated to look modern and super clean yet still maintain the character. There is a gorgeous courtyard and I was able to bring my dog!! Location is perfect, the building is walking distance to downtown Ridley Park shops and train station. Convenient to the highways as well, within mins to 95 and 476. Management here is the best, friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make me feel at home and any issue I have is always handled quickly and thoroughly . Great place to live !! Highly recommend

Don’t rent from these money hungry people. They don’t help you at all. Bugs and rats in the apartment. Always issues with the washer or dryer.. oh and sometimes you won’t even have water at all. Hope you don’t mind going to work without showering for two days.
Managment bad, never get things done, forget about your security deposit you will never get it back. rats all over, worms , and other rare insects in old building. maintenance team is a joke. stay away
I have been a resident here since December of 2009 and love all the renovations! Perfect blend of new and old. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and warm in the winter. The grounds are very well kept. The maintenance is always quick to resolve any problems. Staff is both professional and friendly, the best I have encountered! Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The location is perfect for commuting but also offers a variety just around the corner in shopping, dining, and nightlife. The amenities are convenient, including the W/D on every floor, the underground parking, and extra storage units. Ridley Manor is a great place to call home!
Great neighborhood. Quiet; one block from Regional Rail line.
I moved to Ridley Manor in October (2014) and have loved it there. Any maintenance concerns have been addressed promptly and well. All in all, it is a really beautiful apartment from the outside to the common areas to my one-bedroom apartment. The management takes extra care to add nice details like the lights outside for the holidays, and I love the convenience of the washer-dryer on each floor. The apartments are large and have tons of storage/large closets. I feel at home already. Highly recommended!
I have lived here for some time and can say that the neighborhood is great, a very small-town feel, staff is very nice and very helpful, and the maintenance staff is quick and do good work. The buildings are clean and quiet, nice front courtyard to sit in, friendly neighbors, high ceilings and charming décor in the apartment---not your boxy ugly place at all. There are washer/dryers on every floor and lots of parking. It is very convenient to Center City (20 minuets), Delaware, and the Blue Route .
My wife and I moved here about 6 months ago and we love it! We looked all around the area -- thoroughly -- for the best place to move, and this was clearly the best choice. The building is clean, well-maintained, and has a classic character to it. The neighborhood has everything we need right nearby - especially the train station which is only a two minute walk from the front door, which makes for a great commute for me. The Mrs. works in center city and is very pleased with her commute, too. It's very convenient being right near 95 and 476. Most importantly, we always feel safe, even walking our dog down the street at night.
I've lived in my fair share of apartments, and Ridley Manor is by far the best apartment I've lived in. The office staff at Apt are SO nice and responsive; and the maintenance staff are great - I had one small issue that was taken care of immediately. The common areas of the building are kept very clean - there's a cleaning service that comes out two weekends a month. Each hallway has a washer/dryer alcove, which is so convenient and fairly priced. My actual apartment is a dream. The kitchen is gorgeous, the hardwood floors are well kept, and I get a TON of compliments from visitors on the overall aesthetics. This is the first apartment I've ever seen where they were successfully able to blend modern renovations while keeping some of the original charm of the building. Not to mention the courtyard out front – GORGEOUS. Apt even put out Christmas lights for residents to enjoy over the holidays! I would highly recommend this living community; it's awesome!
