I love the luxury finishes of the building however the management clearly does not have luxury experience. The dog park is a complete mess and constantly makes the side yard smell like urine. It is NOT maintained at all like other luxury buildings. Rotating doormen that sleep on the job in the middle of the night, and cars/bikes have been stolen out of the secured garage. Rents have gone up 20% when renewals come up and the building has a 20% vacancy. I am paying for “luxury” but certainly not getting it!

We were very impressed with the quality of this building and the detail in the apartment homes. All the amenities were expanded and updated which I personally love. It’s hard to find 24/7 concierge and we have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and management. Everything is always so clean and we love all the perks of living in Downtown while being in the quiet neighborhood of Turtle creek. Overall great experience and beautifully designed apartments.

I have lived at the Rienzi since 2009 and am very upset by the changes that were made to our community. First of all, the changes made are done badly and you could see that in the way the apartments are badly painted (cabinets, doors and millworks that used to be smooth is now roughly painted and looking tired and done by non professionals-they don't even bother to paint behind toilets or remove hardware instead of covering them with the horrible gray and white paint colors that they chose.) The building itself, which looks like the Mansion Hotel and Residences and the Plaza on Turtle Creek) was painted a truly disgusting gray color that makes the building looks like an old depressing government built community in a poor Russian suburb. No building with the architecture and style of the Rienzi should be painted this horrendous color. They think that they are modernizing the community but that is such a dumb and repulsive way to turn a beautiful building into one that looks like a prison. I wish they realize that you can't change the integrity of an architectural style by simply painting it an old office metal cabinet gray color. Also, they did the same inside the building (hallways and everywhere else) and the way they painted is sloppy and has turned an elegant building into a real rental community that shows its many layers of badly painted walls and even the outside of elevators. The new carpet in the hallways is already falling apart and the good quality one that didn't need to be replaced by square carpet that has very little cushioning and which makes everything looks wrong. They replaced beautiful mirrors, light fixtures and furniture with the typical and cheap looking idea of a much better contemporary items found at Knoll, Design Within Reach, Cantoni, Roche Bobbois, and that they couldn't find at their suppliers. They replaced very nice granite with man-made quartz simply because everyone else is doing it. I do think that the kitchen faucet, sink and appliances are nice and am glad they didn't install cheap fixtures. The light bulbs are better since they are all LED that doesn't get too hot. I also appreciate the Nest digital thermostat. And as you can see; the only things that were improved are purely technology related items that benefit from an update.

Wonderful corner, highly appointed 1 bedroom 2.5 bath. Love the amenities of the Reinzi, The grounds are kept up the staff is friendly at the front desk as well as the management of the midrise. All maintenance repairs are fixed very quickly and without hesitation. Beautiful entertainment center, grilling area, and dog walk park. The only thing I wish it had that would be better is a stronger fitness room with more equipment.
