Yuma's historic downtown began as a rope crossing for the Colorado River in the 1840s. The earliest adobe homes were lost to floods in the early 1900s, and the current buildings along Main Street were built in the 1920s. Because of this, Downtown Yuma has a definite art deco flair, blending with the desert landscape and the palm trees to create a beautifully unique neighborhood. With its fountains and brick-paved walkways, Historic Main Street is the ideal location for festivals and street fairs.
Residents and visitors can take history (or ghost!) tours, all starting at the Sanguinetti House Museum. This adobe home was built in 1857 and includes beautiful gardens. The Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Park includes six historic buildings dating back to the Indian Wars of the late 1800s. During the late 1800s, the Territory of Arizona also established a prison. Today, it is a museum at the Yuma Territorial Prison State Historical Park.

Property Ratings at River North
Been here for almost 2 years and it's only ever gotten worse. The office feels like it's never open as staff are too busy taking personal calls to help tenants. Maintenance is essentially a roll of duct tape in the form of a couple clueless dudes.

I was recently looking for a 2 bedroom, went to rio santa fe to look at the model the girls where very helpful and very nice I absolutely feel in love with the model for their huge closets and the best of all it has the hook ups for my washer and dryer I really recommend this apartments and price very affordable and very good deals!!!!!!!!!
Rio Sante Fe is a great place to live. Friendly staff. Prompt Maintenance and spaciousness. I have lived here for 9 years. It is a great place to raise a family.
I was looking for a 3 bedroom so I decided to go in and look at there 3 bedrooms. They are very spacious feels like a house almost its a 3 bedroom 2 bath room and washer dreyer hookup. The staff is very welcoming and nice I have been living here 2 months now and I have no complaints.
I have lived at Rio Sante Fe Apartments for 9 years. Rio Sante Fe is a great place to raise a family. Beautiful landscaping, two pools, a party room and a beautiful park up front. I feel very safe with their nighttime security and I feel very appreciated by the very professional office staff who are always there to make you feel right at home. I would recommend Rio Sante Fe to anyone looking for a friendly, safe family atmosphere.
The price for a 3 bedroom was the cheapest in town from what we've seen.
So Im currently searching for an apartment and I went online and decided to read the reviews after reading them all I decided that the best way for me to know was to go see it my self so I did. I went looking for a 1 bd they are very small no place for a dinning table not even a small one they have no balcony no storage and no washer dryer hook ups. The inside like the kitchen and bathroom are somewhat outdated, outside the the parking lot needs to be repaved its a hazard for small cars also you need to pay for assigned parking other wise you will struggle for parking.
I have lived here for 6 months and have had good and bad experiences. The good involve the office staff. They are always very nice and helpful. The bad outweighs the good though when it comes to my overall experience here. I don't know what the maintenance crews areas of expertise are but it sure doesn't seem to be facility maintenance. I have reported a leak in my ceiling three times and it still leaks badly. The air conditioners in the laundry rooms don't work. I moved in in February and thought they were shut off for the cooler months. I was wrong. It is now the hottest time of the year and they are still not working. The pool area would be alright if all the rules were followed. There are times it is overrun with kids with no adult supervision. It's not the place to go if you just want to relax by the pool. As someone else has already posted it's not always properly maintained either. The complex itself is usually not that clean. That is a reflection of the residents more than the staff but it would be nice if the trash was picked up. As for rent, I think it is a little high for what you get but is comparable to other apartment complexes in the area. Overall I would not recommend this place to anybody.
