While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. When I first moved to Rise, I did enjoy the amenities and the luxury of being next to the dog park as a dog owner. However, the advertising for living here is propaganda. There’s never any visitor parking, door handles are broken and never fixed, key fob will only work for some doors as the doors will get jammed and management is flaky. When you have a concern and try to talk to management, unfortunately they are not in office and it will be the leasing reps. There’s a lot of turnover with the reps so a lot of the times they’re unsure on how to help you right then and there. They do their best. Oh, and also, the reception is terrible. So let’s say you’re expecting a package - if it’s delivered by UPS or FedEx, good luck. It’s either gonna be delivered in a locker and you don’t get a code, or it’s “delivered” then becomes lost. Maintenance is the only consistent process as the workers really do their best to help you in a timely manner. Overall it’s a nice area community wise but is not worth the hassle and stress over the leasing period. You’re better off paying more in another area.

Great location. Cool rooftop. Dog parks. Minimal surrounding traffic. Overpriced complex. Poorly constructed with cheap materials. Mediocre amenities. Parking issues. Tow company’s on speed dial. Utilities are inflated. Complex is a dead zone for all cell carriers. Key scanners don’t always work.

Rise apartments is, in my opinion, a great place to live. The amenities are great, the pool is beautiful, they even have a meditation area on top of the standard gym, spin classes, climbing wall, pickle ball court, hot tub, ect. Being the first apartment that I have lived in for many years, I may just rethink buy a house to be able to use all of the things that this complex has to offer.

Rise is a beautiful apartment community, the patios on the 1st floor are large, the units are nice, the amenities are great, the only concerns are parking availability for residents / guests and cell phone reception in the first floor units

I would not recommend living at Rise. For the cost of rent, I would expect this would also include service, safety, and security. Those pillars have not been met during our residence here at Rise. A vehicle of our was stolen, and we waited months to hear back from anyone. When asked for higher management, our request was not acknowledged. I have never had such bad customer service living in an apartment community. There is no accountability when services were are paying for are not met.

Been here just about a week and so far so good. I love all of the amenities. The dryer and the washer weren’t working properly, but the maintenance guys fixed it in no time. Only concern is parking space availability, but everyone on staff has been amazing, neighbors have been friendly, and the amenities are nice!

Experience has been very poor. When I first moved in, lots of issues with being able to access the amenities. My key fob would not let me in and would let others in. Additionally, a lot of maintenance had to be performed in my apartment: 1) replace fridge, 2) fix leaking dishwasher 3) fix collapsed shelf in closet No timeline provided for when a secondary parking spot will be available for my unit. Then, when my mom was visiting and parked on the street outside the apartment, her car was towed even though there was no signage indicating that that area was a no parking zone. Rise has not offered to pay for the cost of recovering the vehicle and instead let me know they are now putting up a sign. It's illegal to tow without proper signage, so I documented the event and took pictures of signage and other vehicles parked there. Elevators are down infrequently. Additionally, there's no small trash receptacles in the parking garage (that would be nice, just a suggestion) and hallways are dirty. Some stairway access doors are locked and I never received a code to allow my guest to come in the parking structure to park on the 7th floor.

This property used to be a good sample of a modern living building. Since we have lived here from the first day of openings, I can confidently say that this team ruined everything. The leasing office is usually closed, and nobody is there to help you. It has been more than two months that I have been trying to meet with the manager, but no lock. She is never present. Other staff only show up a couple of hours each day, the door is always locked, and it seems that it is the bank’s vault. Even when they are in the office, they try to ditch you and not do any help. The assistant manager didn’t even read the contract once so that she could talk about it correctly. She once suggested a solution to our problem that made us think about how she got this job and what level of knowledge about the property she has. It’s a shame what these guys did to this beautiful building. There is no safety, car break-in, storage robbery, and package missing expected here. It seems it’s so hard for them to move and help people. The leasing staff treats you like you have to do something for them instead of helping you. I am not the person to talk about these things on social media, but I hope this review helps people know where they plan to live. They are kind and helpful only when you want to lease a unit, and after that, everything will change. I am sure the property owners don’t know about the situation here, and I plan to inform them as well. We are counting the days to reach the end of our contract.

This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I have been here for a few months and completely regret it. The parking is an absolute disaster. They issue 10 guest permits per month but they are useless since there are never any guest spots available. The parking gate breaks often to the point where I was left stranded outside at 4am. There is no cell service anywhere in the complex. They advertise it as luxury but it is far from luxurious. The apartment complex looks very cheap and rundown. And there’s often dog poop left in the hallways. I’ve had over 10 packages missing. You can’t get anything delivered here without it being stolen. The call boxes don’t work.

Jefferson Rise is a great apartment community with lots of amenities and monthly community events. The have many floor plan options and are fairly affordable compared to other locations. Very pet friendly community with a dog parked located behind the building.

Moving in process went smooth and easy. Anthony is very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The only concern me and my husband have is the ongoing stealing of our packages in the mailroom. We already reported it and I hope the management will do something about it.

The unit itself is beautiful and bright. The management team keeps changing rapidly, and some rude young people work in the leasing office. People smoke weeds, and it seems that nobody cares. Packages were stolen from the mailing room several times, and the storage was broken in. Also, there is a car bake-in. It is tough to talk to the manager. It's sad to see how that wonderful building turned into what it is now. Since we have lived here from the first day of opening, we can see how everything is going. We are Disappointed! We will not stay here, and we don't receive excellent service with the rent amount we pay.

They will look for any reason to tow your or your guests vehicles, they use DTS towing, that company is notorious for towing vehicles from private party impounds, they will charge you $300 the next morning to release your vehicle. You’ve been warned stay away

As a reminder, any vehicle that is parked in a driveway, blocking access or traffic flow will be towed with out notice as that vehicle is an obstruction and may be an evacuation or safety threat to all the residents. Management has only towed 2 vehicles that fit this description in the last 60 days. If your vehicle was included in this count, we apologize you experienced this, otherwise, we ask that you contact management for further details as we are always available to assist with concerns. Jefferson Rise has very nice apartment units that are fairly spacious. My partner and I are very happy with where we are living because we feel safe and satisfied. The apartment wide community activities were a nice surprise as well.

DON'T MOVE HERE!! The entire experience has been AWFUL. employee turn around is very often so you deal with new people all the time who don't know what they are doing, have bad customer service etiquette, and their only answer to any issue is "I don't have an answer for you". Aside from the poorly trained staff, the apartment is a facade. Looks like a "luxury" apartment but everything falls apart or breaks. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything from your upstair neighbors and next door neighbors. It also was very UNSAFE. There is an entrance that you don't need a fob to get into the apartment and the gate in the parking garage is always broke so anyone can get in. One day as I was leaving for work a homeless man that was clearly high on drugs was right outside my door and security was zero help. There has also been other moments where people who clearly didn't live there were roaming around the apartment. I felt very unsafe most of the time being there. The AC unit would leak if it was on for more than an hour and it ended up turning rusty. I notified maintenance and their response was.... "we can't do anything abut it" so I had to desk with puddles of water on my floor for the entire time I was there. Another issue with the AC is that it wouldn't reach the master bedroom so it was always hot and muggy in my roommates room. I could go on and on about the endless amounts of issues that come with Jefferson Rise but I won't. If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would.

So far, I am really enjoying my residency at Jefferson Rise. Despite living in a large community, I feel as though I have great privacy, and havent had issues with neighbors (but one experience). It is a beautiful community, with high quality neighbors. Although I havent used the amenities, they are gorgeous, and well maintained, and I cant wait to enjoy them!! (They are not overly crowded, so I am especially thrilled about that...however, were still exiting Covid.)

Im guessing Jefferson Rise met their quota for leasing the apartments because they gave up on cleaning. Im embarrassed to say how much rent I pay for the apartment hallways to be as filthy as they are.

Jefferson rise has been a great experience despite COVID-19 regulations. Many of our residents seem to not follow any mask regulations or 6 feet rules. Although I understand that we live in OC county, this has kept us from enjoying the amenities that are suppose to be included in our rent. I hope that Jefferson rise can implement some sort of appointment with use of the gym to provide a resolution to our residents. Im hoping that jefferson rise can turn this around and fulfill this request.

Just moved in and had a slight hiccup with the AC. Maintenance showed up within an hour of putting in my request and got it resolved in 5 minutes. Great service!
