Rent is at a good rate for location and is well maintained.
Would recommend b/c: fairly quiet community, great maintenance guys, good office staff. Would not recommend b/c: dark window screens make apartment darker/depressing & does not help electric bills at all.
Zach came within to change the batteries in the a/c thermostat. I never have felt with this type of thermostats before and I didn't know how to open it and I didn't want to break it. Zach was very helpful and showed me how to do it.
Nice and clean with convenient location. Apartments have been updated nicely
I think it is very affordable living here. The water is getting to high in price though.
I would recommend to friends because of the wonderful maintenance staff and Evon at the front desk was a joy to speak to. I would not recommend this complex because the it felt like I was being nickle and dimed for a bunch of extra things I didn't need. $25 for valet trash that didn't always get picked up and that we really didn't need. and also $50 for covered parking when parking was already tight. It seemed like the covered parking was empty most of the time and I often had to park on the far side of the complex because there were no open spots and the covered parking would be open
Friendly staff, beautiful apartments slightly dated appliances, but quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Absolutely love them and they?re not far from my job.
Seemingly quiet community, which I like. I just wish the floor plans had a tad more space. I also liked that they are proactive about bugs. That?s a big plus.

We have been here for 6 1/2 years and due to the maintenance and office staff we see no reason to leave for another apt. :D
That apartment was prime location right off the highway. The maintenance/management staff was always respectful and got any issues taken care in a quick manner. I would have enjoyed a fitness room, but the complex was always well kept and had beautiful landscaping to encourage walks. Cantebria Crossing was always making sure their residents were up to date on any renovations and changes with plenty of time and warning. Overall it was nice being recognized by name from the staff and welcomed with smiles everyday driving through the complex. Not something my peers have had the privilege of experiencing!
The upkeep of the community is great which is why I took anot her lease agreement.
Timely response to maintenance calls which is greatly appreciated. Also the staff are super friendly and they never make me feel like I am a bother!!
I am moving in this Saturday, and am so excited. This community is small and welcoming.
I would recommend it even though I think the rent is a bit high because they are nice apartments with a friendly neighborhood.
It's a nice quiet place. I haven't seen bugs. Everyone so far has been nice. Major issues are promptly addressed.

The complex is in a good location, my neighbors are quiet, the rent is reasonable, and I feel safe living here. The only drawback is the sports stadium behind the complex, which starts band rehearsal at 7:05AM on the dot and the football games are loud. I understand this is not the complex's fault and nothing that can be done. Other than that, I would definitely recommend to others.
I would absolutely recommend this complex to someone. I would warn them about the noise level from the unit above when living on the 1st floor.
I love it here, the complex is very well cared for. The appliances are a little outdated and they only put new ones in when you move out and they want to raise the rent. I wish i had the choice to request a new appliance and be willing to pay a little more rent for it when I'm already in the apt.
The apartment is clean on the outside and maintained which is why I would recommend the apartment

I have lived here for almost 9 months now and I don't have any complaints, the place is clean, the staff is by far the friendliest I've ever came across in an apartment complex. I most likely will renew my lease when it is up in February.I give this place a 5 star rating.
Okay so upon looking at the initial reviews for this property I was like absolutely not there area was nice but the reviews weren't upon coming to check out the apartments they were beyond beautiful the staff is amazing & all the doubts I had melted away I moved to the complex have had absolutely nothing but an amazing experience for the 6 months that I've lived here & because where located behind a football stadium I can catch a game now & then would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet yet affordable family friendly neighborhood I am a single college student with a dog I feel safe there really isn't any noise the police department is down the street so they patrol the neighborhood I haven't had any bug problems & if I need something fixed or extra time to pay my rent or questions Jamar Our Property Manager is awesome he is literally one of our best assets .. So if your still skeptical about moving to the Oak Creek Apartments don't be. You will not regret it I promise it's like a little piece of heaven literally
I have lived here a year & a half & I never had any problems whatsoever. There is a walkway to the dumpster that holds water. There is no drainage to get rid of the standing water which turns into slime. Recently I needed to throw out the trash late at night & when I stepped onto the walkway to get to the dumpster & fell. Not being able to get up I called for help & thank God someone heard me. Well long story short, I broke both shin bones, & 4 months later I'm still in a wheelchair. The office apparently knows that people fall & slip over there. I spoke to the office manager & she seemed surprise & she would ha e the maintainance man look at it. I spoke to him & he seemed that his hands were tied. I think I will be moving next year to be closer to my daughter. All the office did for me was make sure I had an area that I could get into my apt.like I said I'm still in a wheelchair. Oh they gave me a plant too. Lucky Me!
Great small community. The ladies in the office remember you, even if you only come in to pick up packages. One pool where sometimes people get together for water volleyball. Dog area, community garden, even a gas grill for the community.
